Devon the manager was absolutely amazing. I have difficulties printing my photos. He assisted me for 2 hours in between running the front desk and the photo shop. He was the only one in the store up front. He was friendly the entire time and never complained once. Walgreens is lucky to have him as an employee. Thank You Devon!

I want to personally thank your Manager Devon and Gabby at store #6175. Located on S Congress Ave, Hypoluxo , Lake worth , Fl.
After goinh to return an electronic item to three different Walgreens, they only offered store crediy not my cash I paid with. Locations : one in Wellington, one on Jog and Hypolyxo/lantana ,and finally the most awesome Walgreens store #6175!!

Gabby has a wonderful attitude and knowledge of the store while also keeping me calm and informed about the system of how Walgreens works. She deserves to be promoted to a higher posotion, in my opinion because her demeanor is calm ,intelligent and beautiful!

Although I came off irate when I was told I was 3 days past the return date, I was livid! I paid cash, I did NOT want to hear store credit. I must have spent more than the item was worth on gas alone to "Go to the walgreens Ian purchased the item at (20 miles away from where I live). Once I apologized for venting how the other stores were INCOMPETENT, Devon was still very kind and super informed . He actually took the time to explain how the phone number system to get "points" when you check out ...dosen't track your reciepts and to access where your reciepts are stored ARE ON THE WALGREENS APP and those 2 other locations could have saved me 2 weeks of driving back and forth!

😤Why wasnt I told that by those other managers? Is it because they were lazy or just uninformed? I paid in cash. If your manager/employees at those other locations ( I will not mention which stores unless contacted by your corporate team, aka uninformed management/employee's)

Thank you Gabby and Devon keep this single mom of 2 beautiful children sane during a hard time in my life. You both deserve promotions and I can 100% say, they will bring your company a lot of happy customers at any Walgreens, so take good care of them. Not too many people have genuine kindness in their soul ✌.

First and foremost let me say that Syra and Ligi are the best pharmacist. I have to say it is management, corporate and the owners of Walgreens is the problem. I know how it works as a former employee. All higher up care about are the numbers. They don't care how they get them as long as they get them. I'm not going to mention any names but after being employed for almost 9 years was terminated for failure to ask for an ID for tobacco, even though as a shift leader (at the time under the tobacco policy,) I was, as any other management position was able to over ride the pos system PER policy appare over 40 yrs of age þr a regular customer,No prior written or verbal statements was let go.. No unemployment as mgmnt was not truthful. It is not the employee's fault. I don't know who you would make a complain to as I guess they really don't care until the OWNERS start caring like Mr Walgreens did.

Horrible pharmacy. No one ever picks up the phone. They put you on hold. Then, they let the phone endlessly ring until it hangs up. The people who work there should be fired. Walgreens should hire people who actually work.

Everyone who receives bad service from the pharmacy should start calling corporate and report the staff. Maybe when they realize their jobs are in jeopardy they’ll start doing them. This is absolutely ridiculous!!

Worst pharmacy , sometimes when you call the store there is a disconnect or out of service tone sometimes the number does work . There’s a black women with orange hair there she has the worst condescending attitude. Customer service is trash and they barely answer the phone. I happily took my prescription to Publix where they are friendly and the meds are cheaper. Hopefully things change.

This location is so bad on answering calls. Once they answer after being on HOLD FOR 45min or MORE they hang up the phone. It’s RUDE and VERY DISRESPECTFUL for you all to do such thing. Then you call again and NO ONE ANSWER , the PHONE JUST RINGS AND RINGS ……. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY IN PERSON AND OVER THE PHONE. NOT TO MENTION THE DRIVE THREW. THEY TREAT THE PATIENTS AS IF WE ARE A BOTHER TO THEM …. HATE IT

Terrible, terrible service. I wish I could put ZERO stars. The ladies in the back do not work collectively. I was waiting for ONE girl to look for my prescription, even though I got a message stating it was ready two hours prior to me picking it up. The poor girl was looking everywhere and not one person got up to help her. The lady who I’m assuming puts the prescriptions in the bags and completes it was just sitting on her behind, not worried about speeding up the process. After a long day from work, the last thing I want to do it wait in my car for 20 minutes just to pick up a prescription that was ready for pick up, two hours ago.

Pharmacy is the worst they gave me a 2 hour wait, came back in 3 hours, medication still not ready. Bullshi with them
