Seriously one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a 7-Eleven. The manager or district manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She should not be working with customers ever! She never smiles and if you ask a simple question you get a snarky attitude back. I have been going here for years because I work right next door you would think they would be friendly. I would like to say most of the employees are super friendly but after being there a while and having to work with her they start to get crabby themselves. I've been talking to friends and I guess this is a problem with all 7-Eleven. I will never set foot in this 7-Eleven ever again.

Evidently being a complete a*hole is in the job description. Every single employee (except one, I don't know her name, but shout out to the red haired lady for not being a jerk) is rude. The store is dirty inside and out. Not that I would ever consume food from there, but God forbid someone ask for anything on the roller. The guy on line in front of me did and the cashier was so put out by having to retrieve a hot dog his head started to smolder while giving the customer side eye and a snarky attitude. It's a busy store, mostly because it's the only one near by, but would probably be even more so if the staff were even half way human. I'll be driving on down to the Circle K from now on.
Get it together 7-11. You people are out of control with your poor customer service and maybe push a broom once in a while. I hear honest work is good for the soul, assuming anyone there actually has one.

Worst experience in 15 years. 1-17-20 8:15 pm went in for simple transaction beer, ice, donuts and I would like four Quito‘s. Well I got two to Quito‘s so I asked for two more then he dropped one in case. Told me I would have to pick something else he says then because it was charged wrong on the cash register try to pay with cash credit card neither would work, my fault as a customer not how I see it. I waited in a line behind 10 people still 10 people behind me I guess that’s how it works, one guy as the voice of 7-Eleven, I was told not to come back because I was too big of a problem. There’s plenty of places to go is this truly the way this company works?

This is just a standard convenience store. It is usually easy to go in there, to get your item and to leave in just a few minutes. The fact that they have a steady flow of customers is a strong indication that they meet the needs and expectations of their customers.

I like this 7-Eleven because the staff are very friendly and it’s in a no-frills regular one. Easy to get into and it’s easy to get out.

I’ve been here twice with cash and both times Richard has tried to short change me. I know they get busy, especially when I was there Xmas day, but he was supposed to give me back $14 and handed me $4. I said bro, I handed you a $20. He said-I know, I owe you a few more bucks but you have to wait for the next cash paying customer. What!? He knew what he was doing and had I not called him out, he would’ve pocketed it. Then again a few weeks ago, tried shorting me a few ones and had to recount it. I wonder how many times a shift he pulls this on customers?
