So child support threatens people every month through the mail, but when you try to contact them you can’t!! I can’t call it says too many calls try again later! Get out of here! I go to the website same exact thing the chat says it’s too busy! How can you hold the right to suspend people’s driving licenses but you can’t even answer a phone!

You won't reach this office over the phone. Gotta go in person to get stuff done. All the reps at the office are pleasant and helpful! Yes it's tedious to have to go in person but guess what? Most important government agencies are like that. They don't take a long time. Longest I've ever been there was probably a half hour total!

This office is so helpful and the workers are so kind, what everyone doesn’t realize is the number the state post for this office is the hotline in Tallahassee. The Brooksville Office doesn’t have a public number, it’s strictly to go in person and I promise if you do you’ll be glad you did. And also don’t blame the loca office and give them bad reviews for sending out notices, they are there to help and they will! You just have to show up in person. Thank you.

I can't get through to anyone. Either by phone or online. This is very important for parents who aren't getting help from the other parent. And the parent who needs child support can't get food stamps or anything else unless they have signed up for child support enforcement!! Even if they haven't gone to court to get it ordered!?? Let the parent with the children get food stamps and whatever else whether they've applied for child support enforcement(which I dont understand getting enforcement if they haven't even gone to court yet to get child support ordered) or not. If they are working and paying taxes they deserve help from wherever they can get it!!

Phone # given is a Tallahassee # so you wouldn't even be speaking with this office. Broke both my legs, unable to work to pay ordered support...and still suspended my license. That's how fair this system is. Children weren't weren't born in Florida they have never lived in Florida yet still somehow Florida has the right to take over my support case? I'm not sure how the state has that power.

I always go to the building because I prefer face to face interactions. Every time I go all of my questions are answered and actions are always taken. If it wasn't for them I would never receive child support thank you.

Terrible service have one phone number for entire state and never had anyone answer. Can’t ever find a agent to chat with, they do return emails but with wrong information,

Typical CS office, their condesending and treat every man that walks thru the door like criminal before they even know what the situation is, Shame on you! Reform is needed in these organizations.
