North Lauderdale Zoning

I really wish i could give it more stars because Judy is awesome and so helpful, but those two other girls at the desk are always VERY rude and condescending, especially over the phone. They make it difficult to even ask the simplest of questions and get accurate answers

I paid my bill very quickly

Not bad under the current covid climate

1 Month since I submitted my renewal for a permit. Called and keep getting the same answer. "Waiting for the building official to approve" What a joke. Not professional as all the other cities I work with have approved permits within 1 to 2 weeks. Sometimes even days. I dont know what going on with North Lauderdale lately.

They have..high permit cost due to what reasons
Lenghty wait time for replies and email.keep on your toes with these places
