No help at all . Website has issues . Closes before 5pm. Extremely long wait times. This department is ran horrible.

Spoke with a lady named Valerie. She was so helpful and patient with me. I was having trouble with my emails they were not going through. Im so grateful for people like Valerie her tenperment and grace is so needed in this line of work. Thank you so much Valerie. Your a true Gem.

Don’t understand what’s going on with this department, long wait Time and everything is automated, can’t even get to speak a real agent anymore, good luck with your liscense company is being defunded maybe 🤔 or can’t hire nobody…
