In fact, they are not only rude, but incompetent!! People working there are not qualified for the job since they do not know much about any question you may have in case of doubts or clarifications. Kind of dummies!!! They should be more trained and polite since we pay a real money for the services they provide, or at least supposed to provide!

Greg, the specialist at this office was very attentive to us. As soon as we walked in he acknowledged us. He answered our questions very detailed. If we did not understand his answer he would patiently give us examples to give us a better understanding. It's being a long time since I have experienced this type of service.

Dominique St Claire was amazing and patience. She answered all 30 of my questions in detail and was very polite while correcting me and pointing in the right direction. With Dominque's help I now feel knowledgeable and confident in the direction I want to go when applying for my liquor license
