This was the worse DMV to go to. My car was broken into and I needed a replacement drivers license to rent a car for the weekend. There were no appointments available until September. I asked to speak to a manager who then came out to explain I needed a physical copy of the police report. I explained I did not get one yet but I had my police report ID in which they did not accept. Told me to get the physical copy which I went home contacted the police station and they emailed it for me to print out to bring in. Prior to leaving to get the report, the manager jerry started making reference to him being married to a cop which had nothing to do w me mentioning the situation of my car being broken into. I watched them help a white man w ease who just needed his license replaced because it was lost and he mentioned he would be traveling also. Gave him no problem. I then waited as they told me to without explaining what the wait would be for along w other people who were waiting w no clue as to what their plan was w us waiting. I then asked what would be waiting to do she said to possibly be seen I asked when she said maybe by the end of the day. No definitive response and I watched how they treated some Hispanic people who spoke no English demanding them to get on Google or they would ask the ones they had waiting to help them translate. Horrible experience & sad part was, every one of them were African American.

The lack of transparency for the wait sbd time spent, these employees act like they are begged to be here. They sit and laugh and talk while you wait and don’t actually care all whilst I’m sure they don’t make enough to act like it’s beside them to attend to customers. It’s a room filled with customers and they are barely calling customers. I suggest they hire ppl that actually want to work. Clock in and start work not talk all day. But if that’s what the state of Florida represents. The ppl in the pictures were talking without helping customers for 20-30 minutes

Had an on line appointment at 3:pm Wednesday Sept 7th.
Waited 10 minutes or less I guess cuz I got there at 2:50 pm.
Showed them my email notification I was sent with the secret numbers lol. Was let in waited in line 3 minutes, gave her 2 proofs of address identification letters , a driver's liscense, told them I'm renewing and need a visual test.that's all they asked for .gave me a number . Sat 10 minutes. Took a 30 second eye test reading whatever random line they asked. Past that . Signed some digital copies. Paid $63.00 debit. You can only pay debit or credit card. NO Cash !!!.
Or write a check ✔️. Waited outside 5 minutes for my new driver's license to be given to me.
Thank you so much . You were all helpful.

DMV with the nicest employees!!! I was a walk-in and got on the afternoon list. We came back and the time given and the whole entire processto get a State ID took 45 minutes at the most. Very organized and efficient process. Any additional questions I had, I got answered.

It Is very unprofessional and will tell you anything to get you from out of their face! I have been here twice and still have yet to get my drivers license. The first time I went they told me that I had to contact the driving school that I received my permit from and tell them to update their system, turns out it’s the dmv that was looking up the wrong information after I continuously told them I was there to take the class E online test. So I go back a week later and they tell me the same thing. But thank god we had one person that looked it up and was able to find my name and information. So now I’m on the computer taking my test mind you I have on a dress ( I have no pockets nor did I bring my purse inside) a Spanish lady walks up and say “your test has been cancelled ” when she can clearly see that my phone was on the table turned completely off. Multiple people that worked at the dmv walked by saw my phone on the table and didn’t say anything. My phone was nearly behind the computer. And then when I turned around she looked at me with an evil grin. Hands down the worse dmv in Florida

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a dmv. The instructors are lackadaisical, have no respect or value for people’s time, and the entire place was a mess.
