Harrell Memorial Library

Nice library but they did not control the noise level of some of the people and they were to loud.

It's small but friendly. Not a large collection, but with access to more through the library system.

Went to this library today with my daughter and her class for a field trip to get them all library cards and while I was there, which wasn't a long time,maybe 15 minutes or so, they talked about how books were placed in certain sections with certain types of letters in alphabetical order or using the Dewey decimal system.aling with several other ways of finding books in the library system that they may want to find to check out to read. They had free bookmarks you could have for those books along with pamphlets that had all the services and different ways you could access reading.They also told us about a local park in our county,Liberty county,called the Garden of Eden,and some of the background story as to why it was named that particular name and a little bit about the man who named it and why.Theres also another man that came to the Libert county library because he had intentions of writing a fictional book,which he is now currently in the process of writing. He wanted them to research specific things of interest to him that she was able to research and find all the information to ALL THE QUESTIONS HE HAD ASKED FOR, EXCEPT FOR ONE THING.That book will be based in Liberty county,FL (Bristol,FL)with accurate info pertaining to the town,but as I said the book is fiction so the actual story line is made up.OVER ALL THIS PLACE IS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL,AND VERY COURTEOUS ALSO.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS QUAINT,SMALL LIBRARY TO ANYONE.
