Coming from someone that closes on over 2,000 properties a year, this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Horrible customer service with rude emails. I think William forgets that customers hire him for his title services. Received the title policy hours before the closing and wouldn't answer any questions about the uninsured exemptions. Kept complaining how busy he was rather than provide answers and solutions to resolve issues. Inaccurate closing documents that I had to have an outside resource review for accuracy. Refusal to make changes until the seller's realtor had to get involved. Threatened that we would lose our EMD if not proceeding with the deed as prepared rather than make the changes we needed. Kept telling us to extend the closing without giving any guidance as to how long to extend it for. Charged us ridiculous fees to make small changes after the seller's realtor finally forced him to make our changes. Bottom line is that you should not William for anything title or closing related. On a positive note, Sarah was nice to work with once William stopped responding to any emails.
