Betsy & Justin are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about our local market. I have worked with them on three different houses and have been very pleased with their advice and the policies they have written for me. They wrote my homeowners policy with Gulfstream Insurance for our new home in June 2017 before Irma and after going through the claims process for a new roof and cage screen I couldn't be happier. Having heard the horror stories of others with different insurance companies I am very pleased that they suggested Gulfstream. I have recommended Integrity to several friends and look forward to doing business with Integrity in the years ahead.

0 Stars- NEVER do business here! Insurance is a SERVICE business, they hung up on me because I was asking to cancel my insurance because I sold a property. Abusive of me, refused to even ask the actual insurance company a question. They are only a BROKERAGE, their only value is to help and they completely SUCK!! Go to other, friendly brokers!

Integrity was recommended by a friend because he used them, that’s the only reason I chose them for our vacation home’s insurance.

I’m not sure what happened with this business, but the quality of service has truly diminished. For over five years we had dealt with Betsy Hanna as our agent who provided excellent service.
The last several months we had a new agent “William”, not sure what happened to Betsy, but was informed she was not with the office any longer.
The process of obtaining a new home owners / wind policy was to be handled by William. The process was neither smooth or in the end able to be completed. The lack of timely communication was not existent. Phone calls not returned when indicated or in the time frame we were told.
