We contacted Mr. Allen because we had a family property with both parents deceased. It was totally confusing to us because the property was in fathers name only and he passed first with no will, mother had a will with a trust. Mr. Allen knew exactly what to do. He had to do a probate for both making sure to execute them in an exact order. At the closing the title company commented that it was a perfectly executed double probate. She was very impressed with his work. Any questions were answered immediately and explained so we could understand the process. For the amount of work done his rates were more than reasonable . I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Allen for any legal matters, and yes he does answer his own phone!
