The website says only with appointment, I did for Friday at 3:00 pm and was closed, I called and no body answer.

On 08/16/21 I signed some paperwork to receive funds. I was told by Brian the process is easy and simple all I needed was a signature n a voided, check I also changed my mailing address. I found out the paperwork needed a clear signature on 8/31/21 we fix that. I got tired of waiting n listening to my agent so I decided to contact the company directly on 8/15/21 only to find out my check was sent in the mail instead of direct deposit plus it was sent to the wrong address. How can u make such a big mistake Especially handling other people money and information? When u represent a big company like Allstate. I don’t like to write bad reviews but I lost a good deal waiting on someone from a company that I put my trust in for over 10 years only to let me down. I’m very upset I lost a good business deal waiting on other people words. I had to do all the calling even tho paperwork was wrong I didn’t get any phone calls. I had to call everyone and find out such information on my own.
