The wait is too long everytime when seeing the doctor. Staff is friendly and wonderful.

Great doctor but usually a long wait.

My experiences with South Florida ENT Assotciates is most outstanding. The doctor and his staff are very friendly and patient. They go far and beyond the cl of my duties. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

The staff is rude except for MTsha, she's a doll. Its an insane wait. An hour and a half at least. Ihad first apt after lunch1;15 and he went to lunch . He returned at 200
He tries to force u to do procedures you don't want t to do
All he sees is dollar signs and no respect t for the patient!
The waiting room is usually full and not conducive to covid

4/1 again standing room only in waiting room, with several people outside. Long waits

Very courteous and capable staff and doctor. I read reviews and have to disagree with those who have said the wait times are too long when they tell you up front that you will be in the office at least an hour and a half if you have a doctors appointment. So I expect a long wait time. I am getting the care I need and Dr K seems knowledgeable and extremely kind. Hard to find in most docs offices in South Florida. I have lived all over US and worst docs I have encountered are in South Florida but Dr Kupferman is an exception. He cares how I feel and is willing to do what is needed to treat my allergies and ear issues. So I applaud them. They deal with some negative people and still are polite and caring. Thank you for being different from sub standard docs and offices that appear to be the norm here in South Florida!

Average wait time of 75 mnutes is excessive.
I feel some procedures were not necessary based on perfect CAT scan redults.

Great doctor but frustratingly long wait beyond my appointed time, always.

The Nurses and technicians are friendly and attentive, the Doctor addresses all of your concerns. Yes, there is a wait time, but it's worth it. Just be patient.
