AZ INDICATOR REPAIR

I sent my indicator for repair. A week after receiving the indicator they emailed and called me with a Quote. Once I agreed they had it finished by the next day and had it shipped out the door. When I received it and went over everything, I thought it was a brand new indicator that's how good it looks. I know it was my indicator and not someone else's as I had my initials engraved in the body. They also send back the old parts with my indicator so I know they are replaced. They are very pleasant to speak with on the phone as well. I will gladly send other indicators there for repair.

Mr Rimer: No, you did not call us to begin with. You merely shipped an indicator with our website paper work writing that you wanted it cleaned due to coolant. We have simple instructions on our website.Please refer to expanded repair procedure line #3. It was cleaned so we could inspect it(again per the website procedure list) and you dont recognize it now. And it was cleaned because you didnt check the box "estimate only"on the simple printout work order sheet from our website.Our website clearly states " prices starting at".We cant quote anymore until its taken apart to see the issue. (Per the expanded repair procedure on the website).You didnt like the price so we cant take it any further.Your "dent" is a coolant stain. My eyeloupe and microscope tells me this. It had the wrong tip on it when received and
was very dirty for "3 times"of use according to trained eye during initial presentation.
We do not "substitute" indicators. We are not a store or motor repair shop.We have client indicators and parts only.Were proud of our service and prices as many clients can attest to.Threatening to "get us" is very troubling in this day & age.
