Frustrating Experience: The pump did not stop when the tank was full. As a result, I was charged for the wasted gas. I told the young lady working what had happened. I asked to be reimbursed for the gas I did not use. She said to come back when the manager was there. I told her that I worked full-time M-F. She then went into her I don't understand English mode when I asked for the manager's phone number at the station. I have the receipt and I want to be reimbursed.

Worst service ever. Pump not working. Tried calling for assistant to help but as always she was too busy on her cell phone. When I went inside to get her attention she insisted that I didn't know how to pump gas. Wow how have I managed to fill up for the last 20 years...finally got her to come outside and check the pump. Guess what? I do know how. Pump was broken. If it weren't for the fact that this station is so convenient for me I would never go back. Always the worst attitude and customer service.

the girl that was working needs to put down her sandwich for Sanitazation purposes ... I do not want her dirty germ hands touching the products that I buy after she takes a bite of her sandwich

I gave her a $20 bill requested five dollars back that would mean that if I’m purchasing two Red Bull’s, $15-the 2 red Bulls = the difference would go towards gas.

but instead she told me to take my complicated ass and buy gas someplace else. So that statement on top of her eating a sandwich and not washing her hands before touching my purchase it’s pretty despicable . I wouldn’t have her in my business turning my customers away that’s for sure I just at this gas station 3 to 4 times a week because it’s right next to my house and on my way to work I don’t think I’ll be visiting

Their mechanic was able to save me from an emergency car trouble situation i was in, right in the middle of traffic. The repair job cost was reasonable and the guys were a great help

It's not Valero any more, it's Orion. I would suggest you always go inside and pay with cash, a lot of cards getting compromised. Inside is old, small, but it serves us well
