Little did I know that taking the remote out of my car, so that I could leave my car running with the AC on for my puppy would lead to me being locked out of my car when I returned!! This fire team (2 male, 1 female) arrived so fast & were able to get me in the car in no time! Lesson learned: do NOT leave your key in the car with the car running & then assume your remote will unlock the door.... A thousand thanks!
