I would say that she was one of the best on the first appointment with any doctor. I'm going back for seconds. The staff was helpful and courteous. The only problem that I encountered was a long wait in the office. Might have just been one of those days, though. She was very attentive and thorough. She also seemed caring and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Capraro and her staff are professional, caring, responsive and thorough. My husband and I have been thoroughly satisfied with the medical care we have received in the four years we have been patients.

Dr. Capraro is very thorough with her questions and examination. She allows enough time for you to discuss your concerns without you feeling rushed. Her nursing support staff are very knowledgeable and always make you feel comfortable. Her front desk person is friendly and responsive to any scheduling questions. I took my 93 year old Aunt to her, and liked her so much, that my husband and I switched from our GP to Dr. Capraro. Then when our granddaughter moved in with us at 17 yrs of age, we added her to this practice. So from 17 yrs old to 93 yrs old Dr. Capraro's office excels in service. I HIGHLY recommend her practice.

I visited as a new patient after returning to my home of 20 years from LA where I relocated for a job. I never saw Dr. Capraro. In spite of having all my paper work completed, complete with medical records and history, prior to arriving 30 mins before my appointment, I still waited more than 30 mins to see a nurse in training. After that interview that lasted more than 20 mins, I waited again to see the nurse practitioner for another interview. I left after over 90 mins with referrals but not all of my prescriptions.
Days later I called to ask for a paper script because I needed to shop for the best prices. I could only leave a message that was returned after office hours. I missed the call by a few seconds and was forced to leave another message as they won't answer their phone.
Today, I made an appointment for a series of blood tests and drove to the appointment but forgot the script that listed the necessary tests. Obviously this was my fault and oversight. But when the phlebotomist called their office to get the codes and used the option for an urgent need to speak to someone, she was asked to leave a message too.
I won't be going back. I don't recommend this office for anyone that may need on occasion to call this office and get any type of timely service or answers. They just don't answer their phones and you will always be asked to leave a message without any idea when you may receive a call back at their convenience.

Doctor Capraro is a wonderful Family Physician. She has repeatedly taken the time necessary with me to help me stay well. I very much appreciate that.

Apparently. They NEVER answer the phone. Seriously... NEVER. Sorry. I need a Dr's office that actually functions as such.... So unprofessional.... Sad actually...

I went to see this Dr for several years (since we moved to IHB in 2011)! She got busy then took on a couple great PAs. From what I remember, they used to have a nice office and friendly personnel when I was a patient... well, I guess COVID happened... time flew by... and now that I'm trying to get things back to normal, I tried to setup an annual visit... and BRICK WALL! I gave some of my symptoms to the receptionist, put me on hold, and then got back to me and said that since my last appointment was in 2018 and they consider patients like me to be "New Patients" when they are absent for 36+ months - then I need to go elsewhere... so it seems that my symptoms were too much for them to handle or I should just have been a bit more sick over the past several years! :-) It would have been wonderful to get notified (Email, Mail, Phone) about this change. So my 4 stars are 100% for location! I guess they didn't collect enough money from my insurance to make it worth their while... they are a business, so I kinda understand! :-) Their new Patient Intake is JUNE 2023 according to the receptionist - I'm not feeling it - so now I'm looking for a physician that can take on healthy people that like to stay healthy...Bonne chance mes amis!
