Fraudulent billing. Office manager said I owed money, after I paid my remaining balance the prior visit. Asked to see a summary of new charges she was referring too, she said "look it up yourself", instead of printing me a copy while I was there (had absorbant amount of health savings to pay whatever in the moment, however was not going to pay twice, without reviewing the new bill that emerged from nowhere). Asked to speak to Dr. Gupta, and was denied. Looked over my billing and there were two flat out false charges, and two skeptical charges. Office manager was highly unprofessional. Disappointed with Dr. Gupta, as the patient was ignored, even after requesting a meeting with her.

This is place is like heaven. Everyone there are human beings. They all greeted you with the biggest smile. The doctors are very patience, they listen to all your complaints without interrupting. The atmosphere is like hibiscus very tropical. From the reception to the trainers. You guys are doing an awesome job. We appreciate you all. #Hero Work Here. Dr. Neena it’s always a pleasure to see you. You are indeed one of the greatest Dr. May you never get old.

I recently saw Dr. Busch. What a nut case! Is she really a licensed physician? Condescending and unprofessional! Why does Dr. Gupta still have her on staff! Did she come cheap? If Dr. Gupta keeps her, I’m switching doctors!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gupta for over 7 years. Today, I am leaving her as my doctor because the client/patient service is horrible. The front desk employees need some patient relations training.

I moved from Houston TX and was directed here for my primary physician. Best decision ever. This team is very knowledgeable, on point, compassionate, and patient with all who come thru the door. Dr. Gupta’s bedside manners, empathy level, and her genuineness & care for her patients is remarkable, a 5 ⭐️ Practice.

I had to wait for 2.5 hours just to be seen by doctor Gupta the time spent in the waiting area then when I got into the room and the practicing doctor asked me couple questions then for the doctor to come and correct them for an hour. I want to enjoy my day off too without having practicing drs take up my time. And I’m sorry but recently the front desk staff have been rude and need to learn manners. Don’t know what’s going on with this office. I will need to switch my doctor.

TERRIBLE place!.. begging for the girls at the front desk are so rude with bad attitude, very disorganized, unprofessional, disrespectful, then when finally gets to see the Dr. Nina Gupta she doesn't listen to your health problem, and sent you the same medicine that was told it didn't work on my daughter, my daughter has a chronic cough, we don't what is the cause of it and she has it for about 2 months and Dr. Gupta didn't make her X ray not even open her mouth to examine her throat and re-sent the BENZONATATE for another week saying it will help you now, why it would help for 5 days when IT DIDN"T HELP before?...also, didn't give her a diagnostic just said take the medicine and come back within a week, a week passed already and the front desk people don't have my daughter's name on the system!!!this office only are interested on the insurance info to charges things that they don't do with their patients. I DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMEND THIS PLACE.

I can’t say enough about Sample Medical! The doctors and the entire staff is wonderful….professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, I could go on and on! When you’re not feeling well just call and they will get you in. Thank you Dr. Gupta, Vanessa, Marie, Jennifer and Portia!
