This was my first visit to this office and despite the mixed reviews I had read prior to coming, I was impressed with the expediency of the office staff. Dr. Gupta was very professional and detailed and I can see how some folks could misinterpret her straight forwardness for rudeness. Personally, my experience was just another day at a clinic. Folks have to understand that these people deal with a lot of patients and sometimes do not have the time to be very personable. I would say ask them how there day is going and try to be a little more patient and understanding. It's a job day in and day out.

New patient at this office and I saw Dr. Gupta. One of the worst visits I ever had with a doctor. My whole visit she was hung up one issue and didn’t bother to ask me if there was anything else I needed to discuss. She did the physical and told me to get dress and that was it. No other directions. I waited In the room for 15mins and she comes back in telling me I need to do blood work why didn’t I leave the room. I had other issues to discuss with the Dr. and she waved me off as if I was a burden. I’ll never go back to that office. The staff was very pleasant.

One of the most informative Dr's with great bedside manner. She has been so helpful to me with my care. Helping me get and stay on track. The staff is Awesome and friendly great service Dr.Gupta is awesome.

It’s so welcoming at this office. The staff and the doctor puts you right at ease. I got a tremendous physical and they do the blood work right there. I would highly recommend this doctor!

The people at the reception were very friendly, the medical care was also good, but I only give them 2 stars because I have had a bad experience twice in a row, the first time I had an appointment. at 11:30 a.m. thinking that I would have time to pick up my daughter from school at 2:00 p.m. but it was 1:40 and they still hadn't seen me so I decided to leave and reschedule the appointment because it wasn't enough time, in that moment I said well it was only once and I didn't make any comment. Yesterday I had an appointment at 5:30pm and they attended me at 6:40pm and it wasn't even full, there were only two people. I did not claim anything from the workers but I was really upset, it seems to me that this is disrespectful to the patient because if I arrived 10 minutes late they would no longer attend to me because I arrived late, that is playing with people's time, I ran out of work to be able to get there early, I arrived at 5:15 pm and even so I had to wait more than an hour for them to attend to me, they sent me to do laboratory tests that I could not do that same day because the staff had finished work.
When the doctor finally arrived, I was telling her the reasons why I went, she was very kind but, there was a moment when I didn't like her answer, because when I wanted to tell her something else, she told me that it would have to be for the next appointment because I have a patient to see at 7:00 pm I was really like Seriously! 😒 that made me very upset, because if they had seen me at the time they were supposed to see me, none of that would happen and by the way that patient had the right to be seen at the time of his appointment but Not me? 😡 I think they shouldn't play with people's time that way, it's disrespectful and unprofessional, for some reason we make an appointment, I think it's normal to wait a bit, but more than a hour is an exaggeration. I really hope this gets better because other people's time is something you can't play with.

Today I started been a patient with Dr Henna Gupta. , very nice Dr and the office very efficient helping us to get the referrals and authorization for test. Thank you very much

Horrible! My mother almost went in to life threatening state from a kidney infection because the doctor never did her due diligence! Also, the office constantly calls me to pay them despite me paying them! BEWARE! Find another doctor. Careless doctor with a careless staff and horrible accounting! They keep sending invoices despite paying them. Shame on them! I would give them zero stars if I could.

The girls in the front are so nice, both doctors as well. I really like the atmosphere here. I'm definitely glad i switched over to this doctors office 😌
