Best doctor ever. Staff is very loving and caring

I recently saw Dr. Garg at the Coconut creek office for digestive issues. He is a very caring and compassionate Doctor. He took his time to go over medical history with me that I thought was not even related to what I was there for, he asked a lot of questions, and was extremely polite. As I was leaving the office I forgot something behind and he came and brought it to me himself. I don’t know many Doctors who do that. He truly cares for his patients!
The staff are also very helpful, it was very easy to get an appointment, and to make a follow up as I was checking out. Everyone was very kind and helpful. If you are looking for a Gastroenterologist I would go and see Dr. Garg.

Dr. Garg and staff were exceptional. Visited him at the pompano location and when I first walked in I thought I’d have to wait for a long time because the waiting area was full but soon realized that it was moving g quicker then I thought it would. The staff was friendly and still getting their work done effectively. They did not have my referral in hand but were quick to get it from the GP and I was seen. Dr. Garg and his assistant were great as well! Friendly and listened to everything I had to say and the questions asked were straight and to the point. Thank you for the comfortable experience. Waiting for a call back to schedule my next appointment. Thank you!

Dr. Garg has been absolutely incredible diagnosing and treating my GI issues. He has gone above and beyond to figure out a solution and create a treatment plan that works for my unique case. I’m not just a file to him and his staff, but a real person who needs help. He is very thoughtful and caring, taking the time to listen and check in on how I’m doing as a person throughout this sometimes scary experience. His staff is on-point and very kind to their patients. I always feel welcome and taken care of when I come in. I cannot recommend Dr. Garg enough to anyone needing GI treatment.

What a great experience! I had my first appointment with Dr. Garg and he is wonderful! All the staff (from front desk to check out and even the nurses) were considerate and kind. They really do care for their patients. This office delivers exceptional service! Seriously, awesome!

Dr. Garg is by far one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever had. I saw him for an issue with my spleen which was recommended by my hematologist who discharged me. I was taken back for my appointment right away the office is very nice and clean. Throughout my care he communicated with my other doctors to come up with my proper treatment. Dr.Garg is very friendly and will take his time with you to make sure you receive the best care!

Dr. Garg scheduled me for a routine cancer screening procedure for June 2, 2022. Just 2 days prior to my procedure, the surgery center called to advise that the anesthesiologist required clearance due to my medical history. Needless to say my procedure was cancelled . After receiving my med clearance that same day from my PCP, I called to reschedule my procedure and must have left over 10 messages, not a single return call. This office lacks experience plus professionalism. I should have been advised ASAP that I needed clearance if only the doctor would have really factored in my medical history. This office was a HUGE waste of time. The one star is for Dr. Gargs bedside manner. Team work people, peoples lives may depend on you.
