My new insurance suggested Dr Ozaki to be my PCP. I decided to try but... I called 3 times in 3 weeks and someone answer the phone, asked my name, phone number and said somebody from the office would call me back to set up an appointment. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME IN 3 WEEKS.

love the Dr's in this office, the office workers are TERRIBLE. I've sat in back waiting for the Dr's to see me and have watched the girls take lenghty personal calls and fool around, must be why when I call I have to hold for at least 20 minutes

Stay away, this is the worst medical office. They don't listen, they don't answer phones, they don't pay attention to your issue. RUN AWAY! There are plenty of great doctor's in this area and this is NOT one them

Dr. Robert Ozaki was awesome. I brought a large bag of supplements for him to advise me of any possible health issues. He read every supplement label and advise me on the benefits or cons for all 15 supplements I brought. This was my first visit and I finally found a great Doctor. I'm glad I read the bad reviews and I just focus on the Star ratings that had nothing to do with Dr. Ozaki. leave the stars for the doctor performance not the office he works for, I almost missed out on a great doctor.
