I was at this pharmacy picking up a prescription I had ordered and was told I could pick it up in 30 minutes. I went and after waiting about 15 minutes just to be served, they told me that the recipe would be ready in twenty more minutes which I thought was too long but I told him that's fine. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes of the 20 that they told me plus the 30 on the phone. I think that this is abusive to patients because if we go to the pharmacy it is to look for medicine because we don't feel well. They should bring more employees or work more effectively.

I called this morning around 10:15 to see when my prescription would be ready. Was told should be ready around 2 by a man in the morning time. I call at 2:30 in the afternoon. I’m waiting on hold for 13 minutes before I get spoken to(cvs hire more employees or pay them better so they care about their job and will take care of customers) then I’m told that they don’t have my prescription and that they haven’t had that medication in stock for weeks (weird my girlfriend got the same one Sunday) even though the guy in the morning told me they had it and it would be ready around 2 but the woman in the afternoon that spoke with me told me they don’t have it. Do better cvs.

As an ex CVS employee and current customer, I am highly disappointed at the service this location provides. Last month I was told my medication was on back order and they didn't have it in stock. The medication was in stock but they were refusing to fill it. I've been calling a week or so in advance to make sure they order it so I can have continuity of care with my medications. They were rude while informing me it may not be in for another week.

Update: This past August and now again in September they keep saying it hasn’t came in. I don’t believe they understand how detrimental this is to have this medication for my mental health and the inconsistency of it. Nothing has been resolved about this issue.

This place is terrible!!!! How can cvs let this happen?? You come pick up a prescription and they “nice” lady basically disgusted of you because you dare ask at 8:10 when are they gonna open. Well they do an inventory so later… ok.

I gave my wife's name and had to repeat 5 times. The still didn't get so I asked for a scrap of paper and wrote it down. I even spelled it in international phonetics. Our old CVS at Lyons and Hillsboro was much better. Perhaps that is why they closed down.
Long lines with customers having extremely complicated pickups. The staff is friendly, however, they are so slammed since CVS closed stores.
I don't feel that they are in any way incompetent, just the same staff having to do double the work.

Waiting at the window to pick up a prescription for 10 minutes looking inside seeing three girls walking around talking one person at the pick up line inside. Worst service ever. We literally drove away and changed the CVS pick up location because it was so bad

The pharmacist, Acosta and her assistant, Maria are the worst human beings that exist. They have no empathy for customers that are coming in because of illness. They lack professionalism and abuse their power. the pharmacist, Minerva Acosta is miserable and you can see it from the moment you try to converse she’s unapproachable. She ignores customers and lack patience. She attempted to refer me to another store when my medication was in stock at her location, pretending that she couldn’t understand my doctor, so I personally called my doctor and she denied my prescription without reason. Then rerouted my prescription to another location 30 minutes away without my consent. I’m looking at the other reviews. I don’t know why anyone from upper management have not had a look into this. It’s a shame that you have a 2.5 rating and all of your complaints are for the pharmacy. Mrs Miserable Minerva Acosta the pharmacist fails to put her self in the shoes of the consumers that are coming in ill to get medication. She is extremely rude, disrespectful, nasty unprofessional, so is her nurse tech Maria . it’s a shame . if you look at the cameras clock at 7 PM -8:30pm on December 15 on the cameras, you will witness the unprofessional treatment that I received at the pharmacy . A month ago I was sick. Minerva Costa treated me the same way she did yesterday . She should prescribe herself medication because mentally she is not there. I live eight minutes away from CVS now I have a bad feeling in my gut whenever I go to this pharmacy/store. Minerva Acosta and Maria should be working at the swap shop not CVS. The treatment was so bad. I’m thinking about getting an attorney to review those cameras. It’s a shame. It’s a shame it’s a shame. It’s a freaking shame that a institution allowed her to get her credentials to become a pharmacist. She’s a clown and emotionally. She’s too emotionally unstable to be a leader as a pharmacist. Kelly G district manager please do your due diligence to check the covers at 7 PM to 8 PM December 15 Kelly G please do not let this go over you are district manager please follow through. Acosta should not be working there I will continue to call till I speak to Kelly G .
