CVS

Went into this CVS late last week and spent approx. $100 for little things needed for a trip to Scotland. I received a 40% off coupon with the printing of my sales receipt. Went back into this CVS this afternoon and purchased 7 more small items totaling approx. $27. The front register had quite a line when I went to check out so I moved to use the register at the pharmacy. Patricia (Patty on the name tag) helped me and I was dismayed at how rude she was and I'm guessing because I interrupted her. Additionally, when I produced the 40% off coupon earned from my first visit she had already hit the total button. This created a very unhappy response from Patty and she told me she would have to void the entire transaction and just for that coupon. She also told me that in the future I would need to remember to produce coupons earlier. It was very clear that Patty was NOT happy with me and her tone was really unappreciated as she scolded me. Honestly, my money could be used in another pharmacy as Walgreens is just across the street -- both stores carry the same or like-same products. I am so sorry that I made Patty move, that she had to void my seven item sale and correct, and that I made her show me that I don't want to return to this CVS again. Patty needs to be reminded that helping customers is exactly what she is paid for as she displayed a completely different understanding of what is expected of her.

The pharmacy I normally use did not have my prescription so I had my doctor call it in there. They said they had my information on file. I paid 70 dollars for a script. I called afterwards because I realized my insurance was not applied. They told me I had to come back to fix it. I came back and they then they told me my insurance was not covered at that pharmacy. All of this could have been avoided if they asked for my insurance to begin with. Would not recommend this pharmacy.

Drive Thru Pharmacy allows customers to wait at the window while they prepare the prescription. We love waiting in line for an hour!

Stop in this store if you care to do battle to get the coupons you added to your card that they can’t find. Prices are high and assistance is difficult to find. Prices on some items are missing. I could go on and on!

Been using this Pharmacy for 20 years and no complaint on my part 👍

Document printing available at this location's kiosk, (not the one 44/19). Was able to receive great help from two representatives on approx 80 (2 sided) copies. A bit tricky to get their kiosk to process and their copier took hours to complete assignment. Be sure to order ahead. Was informed not many use their document printing services but they were open till 10pm on new years eve and that helped greatly since office max and the likes were closed.

Won’t go here for any prescriptions. They always would send me a text it was ready only to show up and they would say it wasn’t to come back. Did this so many times with so many excuses- did not value m time and no apologies. Some of their staff were rude and unprofessional. Took business to other 2 pharmacies that are on the ball

For the last two or more years I have been getting prescriptions delivered from my local CVS. Currently, the app does not allow me to complete my prescription delivery request. I have tried daily for several days. The patient does not drive.
