I'm on my local Holiday Hunt. I didn't find what I was looking for. However, I was pleased to see some Holiday Treasures! On top of what you expect from CVS, this store utilizes it's space well with ample essentials and a touch of Fun Beach Wear and Gear.

Add my experience to all the others. Unfortunately, CVS onviously doesn't care. This is a terrible, terrible pharmacy. At 4:45 I waited in queue on the phone for 27 minutes to speak to someone about the status of my wife's RXs and then their system dropped the call. Plus, I had to listen to the same message about flu and covid shots every 30 seconds. How irritating is that? I'll try again tomorrow when they open. What do you think of my chances for success?

CVS on Marco is no longer a pharmacy. It's a schlock retailer that happens to fill RXs if you are lucky. Google needs a 0 star rating for businesses like this.

Tatiana, she was fabulous. Without her help I probably would not of had my seizure medication to hold me to the date it was coming in. No matter how busy it was she took the time for me. How unusual is that. Phone calls, written by her my information and leading me to another CVS that had a few. Then transfer so I can continue to get them from her Pharmacy on time.

Is she new! I don’t know, but this new crew alone with Keith are making it a better place. Much better. I travel back and forth so it’s sometimes hard for me. Please don’t change if your new. People are really worried about their and with some it’s their life line and depend on you like they do their doctor. Great step up with Tatiana and Keith your still wonderful. New Pharmacist is doing great. Stay your best. We need you guys❤️

I forgot my BP medication. After waiting on hold for 38 min the girl stated it will be ready in 24-48 hrs. Next day after waiting on hold another 40 min. I drove to the store and was told it could be another 48 -72 hrs by the Pharmacist himself. He proceeded to show me a stack of others to be transferred in. Then stated I know it's a hard lesson to learn for next time. I stated w/o it I will be in the ER. He said well then they can call in the prescription for you.
Being an Rn I find so much of this repulsive. But luckily I had a Dr call in my Rx. Or I most definitely would have been in the hospital. I will never use CVS again.

My 2nd CVS and both are just GOD AWFUL. No one answers the phone and prescriptions take weeks to fill. Gm is affiliated with CVS or I would go elsewhere

I am visiting Marco Island for two months. Last Wednesday, my script for adderall was due to be filled. My doctor had sent the script to a Pittsburgh Cvs where I normally get the meds. Since I had no one to pick it up for me, my doctor was kind enough to send the script electronically to Marco Island CVS. I was so happy! I went Wednesday to pick it up and was told it was on back order. They would special order for me and would be ready Friday or Monday. I had 3 automated phone calls saying it would be ready Monday afternoon. So I called the CVS Saturday afternoon to check. I was told that it was still back ordered. They did not know when or if they would ever get in. They said the automated system was wrong. Yes they use several manufacturers but they are all out of my dosage. Also there were supposedly many people ahead of me that needed this medication as well. Was told to go to another pharmacy. Period. No other choices. They were not going to help me in any way. I was in shock. When I said that I was told by another employee that it would be filled she said ‘well it wasn’t me. ‘ Luckily, my CVS in Pittsburgh still had the original script from October. They filled it in a half an hour. My sister will pick it up tomorrow and Fed Ex it to me. This CVS sucks! They discriminate and don’t care at all about the health and well being of their customers. I should have paid attention to all the one star reviews. One star is too good for this place. Close your doors and ask the Lord to forgive your treatment of others.

CVS store in Marco Island Florida

Don't bother using this store.. it's not worth the hassle and once u get a script filled here you can't move it because they won't answer phones, so you can switch it to another store
Doctors and customers cannot call to talk with anyone. No answer ever. If your meds being correct and filled on time are important to you, do not use this store.

Everyone on the island is saddened and disappointed that your pharmacy and district managers think this practice is acceptable. Covid may have been a valid excuse for a few months when the outbreak first happened ...but 2 years ?!
