CVS

Calling the pharmacy is a terrible event. The wait is terribly long and while waiting in the phone queue you have to listen to this un-ending, overly loud, CVS promos...and I have the phone volume on low. So much for soothing music.
Update: Adding recently on several occasions we decided to request to transfer medications to an alternate pharmacy. The requesting pharmacy had a very difficult time getting someone at CVS to answer just to get the transfer initiated. We have since moved pharmacies and will no longer use CVS.

The employees are clearly in over their heads with orders in the pharmacy. I have trouble EVERY time I go. The employees are usually rushed and sometimes come off as rude or not wanting our business, but I think they are just overwhelmed and understaffed. I always loved CVS until the changes in the last year or two. Please hire more help.

I love this pharmacy. The people in the pharmacy are busy most of the time but they do go out of their way to ensure everyone gets the level of customer service they deserve. Do not pay much attention to the negative remarks. Those people don't have patience and some are a little spoiled in my opinion. I frequent this location and have never witnessed poor customer service.

The Satellite Beach location should not be allowed to call theirselves a Pharmacy. When did it become "ok" in our society to treat CUSTOMERS with such little respect? Am I bothering you? They act as if it takes 24 hours to fill 1 Rx. At least that's what I was told tonight when I wanted to drop off my prescription and wait on it. Reading all the bad reviews about the pharmacy alone, makes me wonder why a District Manager doesn't try to correct the problem. Avoid this location at ALL COST, unless you like making multiple trips to the pharmacy.

I after struggle with cvs locations but this location is nothing like that. I got my meds quickly and everyone was do helpful and polite. (Even the pharmacist who's often extra busy took time to help) five stars.

I feel bad for the people working here...the worst service I have ever experienced.

I had a 10am appointment today to get the second Covid shot, which was scheduled 3 weeks ago. After waiting 35 minutes after checking in, the pharmacy manager Guillermo, finally acknowledged my existence. I called hm out asked why he didnt keep the appointment. He said he was interviewing a job candidate. Then he went on to serve a line of customers picking up medication, all of whom arrived AFTER I did. I"m older and handicapped, he obviously figured it was okay to waste my time. Avoid the pharmacy unlike you like being treated disrespectfully!

I had the worse customer experience at this particular CVS store. Thee pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional.
Instead of trying to help you, they are looking for every excuse not to do what they get paid to do.
They make you feel like they are there to argue with you and make you feel uncomfortable .
Does the management read any of the reviews posted?
Maybe it’s to time to start retraining your staff...
