I called into find out if they had gas four day's after hurricane IRMA, the lady that answered the phone at 7am on September 14, 2017 was very rude. With all common courtesy they should be more respectful to people in need and not be so snotty. Everyone needs gas. Everyone should only be allowed to fill up one gas container and top off their tank. 7/11 should be more organized and be directing traffic into the store. One line has formed early in the A.M.. However people are going around to form another line and filling up as much as they would like. I understand people are very selfish and don't care if other's get the same thing they need. If the store set some guidelines and blocked off oneside of the parking lot to make it far. And the people that has been waiting hours before the store even open. Everything would run a little smoother for all not just some.

Fast and friendly staff during the day. Night shift guy named Josh does ok. He's more worried about his music or cell them waiting on customers. But other then that everyone else is awesome there

I went here a couple days ago because gas-buddy said their gas was $2.73 for regular. First problem is they only have four pumps, and there were two construction trucks with trailers blocking three of them and a car at the other. The car left after a few minutes and I backed in and put in my card. The pump said I needed to go inside; that's problem number two. When I went inside I told the guy I needed gas but there was a problem. He said how much? I said about 17 gallons. He said how much again. I said 17 gallons. He says "NO, how much!?" I asked if he wanted a dollar amount? Yes. I said I dunno but at least $30 but probably more. So he rang it for $30. I told him I was literally never coming back to this place again. Sure enough, it stopped at $30 and I left. I'm never going here again, and neither should you. When I looked at my receipt it was $3.49 a gallon. I was ripped off.
Edit: 02-08-2022: 7-11 talks big. They reached out to me and I filled out a complaint form, but they never followed up. So my assumption is that they only disapprove of this sort of thing when it's reported to social media.

Worker was incredibly rude!!! Will not return to this location. Collier BLVD location is not much better, but never been disrespected the way I was in this store. Oof. The person working sat in the back room while blasting rap/hip hop music and seemed extremely irritated that I simply wanted to check out. He was so rude!!!!!
