Absolute terrible gas station and customer service. Went in to get some chips and to use the restroom. As you walk in there's a paper sign that says their bathrooms are for paying customers only. However I guess not even paying customers can use their restroom. He claims he just finished mopping but there's no sign in front of the door, it's obvious he doesn't want anybody in his speaking Spanish store that looks like me. His loss and I'm reporting this store to corporate.

Today at around 12.30pm employee there was very rude. I felt discriminated for being brown skinned. It is very upsetting to me and no one should be disrespected for any reason(color, race. Orientation) especially if you are a customer. Be kind please and get help.

Man. Needs more training at least. Says you can’t use Kroger points when it is literally stamped on the pumps. It’s the only reason I even go to shell, and there are only 2 within 45 minutes from me. It’s a shame that the gas is more expensive, and the customer service sucks

My son used our debit card at this station today to get money from the ATM. He tried to pull $200 the machine only gave him $120. He informed the attendant and she called the manager. He told my son he had to call our bank. The transaction went through the bank as $200. We usually buy our gas,smokes and fishing bait at this location but I don't see that happening anymore. That may be the stores policy or whatever but cone to find out it happens often there.So if you need to get all your money don't use this place.
