Best park for kids 3 and under in the county! Instead of sand like most area parks, this one has the rubber flooring made from recycled tires. Not only is it soft and cushioning, but as it's a solid surface there's no mess or worrying about it getting in eyes! I've yet to see a kid that didn't love the train toy. And the climbing playset looks like a castle or fort! While it is suitable for kids as old as 9, it is still nice for little ones. It has a lower section with a slide prefect for parents helping kids to slide. Also, there's plenty of shade over the toys and covered picnic tables. I love this park~! I just wish it had more than one infant swing and more toys.

Kids love going to this park because there's a train that you can climb on/in and play on/in it. And you can let them run around and not worry as much, because it's such a small park that you can see them wherever they go, but they can still have lots of fun while you watch from your seat.

Nice place for a quick play break. There's a covered pavilion with picnic tables and a grill for parties and get- togethers. Clean restrooms with a water fountain outside. The trail comes right past the park, and the trees cover nicely so it's nice to run or walk down mid-day in the shade. Handicap parking and sidewalks are good for everyone to be able to enjoy this park.

Nice park with some great picnic table and grills. The train depot and steam engine are a beautiful picture of history. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of debris and trash in the area and there "doggie landmines" that I stepped on. But all in all a good experience.

Small railroad themed museum with lots of railroad memorabilia/artifacts. Nice steam engine and cars out front. Playground with a train themed piece of equipment. No fee, can leave a donation.

I haven't been in the museum but it a nice little public space, with a playground and bathrooms

Misleading to call it a "park" its just a train sitting in a grass median behind a restaurant. However, the train is large and easily accessible for a quick stop and we had a good time checking it out.

They have a nice 4 mile trail, train museum, park with clean bathrooms. They are building a splash park. Very nice place.
