Holler Honda

Holler Honda of Orlando set me up with such a fantastic car! They were incredibly helpful, quick and diligent. Troy Sterchele aided me through the entire process and was so knowledgeable about the car itself, wonderful customer service!

Amazing smooth transaction yesterday. I found a great used car, they gave me a decent trade in allowance for my older car. Keith was so nice and knowledgeable and honest. Within hours I was driving my “new” car home. No pressure sales. Highly recommend!

Scheduled a tire patch online, came in and Drew Craig took my car, he was very informative and friendly. It was done in about 45 mins so it wasn’t that long of a wait. He also did a free inspection for me which was very nice. Will definitely return for future repairs. They also had a first gen civic in the showroom which I loved looking at while I waited.

We bought a 2022 Honda Civic, the salesman MO #1 Cause there is two Mo's that work there.

Mo#1 Was awesome, not pushy stayed in communication with us and even though we didn't get a Great Deal on the car "for reasons of Car Shortages," he was great and met our needs.

We went to 3 Honda dealers before purchasing our car and by far they were the best in customer service.

The one in Titusville was the worst!!!

We purchased a Honda Civic last month. Trish Martin was our salesperson and was absolutely phenomenal!! She was honest and patient and answered all of our questions. The process lasted longer than usual because we had to order the car, but she kept us informed about the necessary details until the car arrived. Honda vehicles speak for themselves, but salespeople can ruin an experience. This was NOT the case with us at all. If you are looking for a Honda and want an honest, patient, and caring salesperson, please see Trish Martin at Holler Honda!! You will not regret it!!

Total waste of time, I definitely do not recommend their service department . They said my car has fixed and it is ready, I realized that my car was not ready when I started to drive it. They said they would fix it again, I waited for 2 hours and they said I could pick it up tomorrow. Why did I come here, why did you call me? Why did I wait too much? That’s crazy!

As soon as I walked into Holler Honda Fernando welcomed me at the door and answered all my questions just as fast as I was asking them. He did amazing at listening to customers needs and didn't try to sell me anything that I wasn't interested in. The process was fast and smooth which I absolutely loved. I will incourage you to ask for Fernando if you walk into Holler Honda and tell him Jeniffer sent you! 😉 I am in love with my new 2022 Honda accord sport hybrid in the sonic grey pearl color.

Very disappointed came here couple times for service and wanted to spend money for some inside car accessories. And needed battery for keys. And nothing. No batteries, no accessories. So big store and the only employees are interested in you is to sell a new car. And it takes a long time and they try to rip you off. Use carvanna instead. Mr Harris is not taking care of his store at all. Unfortunately. I understand one thing the service in the area is not good.
