This Dealer is the best, I actually have another Jeep dealer only Two blocks from my house that I refuse to go to because of bad experience. So I drive 30 mins and let Arrigo do all my services. If you need a new vehicle, go see KC. He was quick, no nonsense, and he understood exactly what I was looking for and immediately put me in the right truck. I went there for a lower end trim package and KC as well as the sales manager put me in a higher trim and made it within my budget. Felt like I got upgraded to first class for free. KC even called after I got the truck to check up and see how it was going or if I ran into questions. Extremely satisfied with my experience there and i will definitely be going back for future purchases.

Definitely recommended and certainly a really great car buying experience. Great trade in credit, had me in New vehicle in the time it took to take a long lunch break (couple hours). This is my second buy from Arrigo and I can’t say anything but great things about them. My salesman Daniel Santiago is an amazing person and great salesman. The packages that come with the car is amazing as well. Go see them tell them Tatjana sent you in, they will so take care of you like family.

Simply put, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Josh was on it from the very beginning and throughout the entire buying process. Every question and concern were addressed and I left feeling like I got the best deal possible. I'm very happy about my vehicle and every day I look at my car, I just smile. I want to also thank Cliff in finance for his detailed help. I knew what car I wanted to look at when I arrived at the dealership, but I really didn't expect to drive it off the lot the same day. Great experience all around.

The sales person and finance person Rachael sell their souls for their commissions. Arrigo advertise a truck for sale and when you go to purchase it automatically gets marked up almost $5000.00 more then advertised price. It’s for a Arrigo package that they say they can not remove. The amount advertised is to bring you in. The package includes cleaning the car, and a few other things below in picture that they claim they do. I went in with approval from credit union already and they said they can match price and probably get better and I was against it only because I did not want the inquires on my credit seeing I would be buying a home in January. They assured me that they would not be hard inquiries and stay on my credit, it would just be to see if they can get better deal for me. Let’s just say they lied! After several attempts, Rachael refused to return email or calls and the sales person now don’t text back except once to speak with Rachael the HARD inquiries 9 are still on my report. I have asked several times for the GM Zek and still nothing.
Credit company’s say they are the ones that have to remove it and that is not happening. It’s easy to have friends report them 5 stars to bring their score up.

*Even after their auto reply, still nothing has been done about what was said and done. they lied With no consequences. Ghost.
