Buyer BEWARE. I bought this on ebay, as usual, when buying without seeing the car in person, stealerships LIE and hide costly conditions with their cars. I specifically asked if there was any body damage, any leaks, any airbag or check engine lights. He said no, almost perfect! This one was advertised with warranty and 2 months later have yet to receive paperwork for warranty registration. Front and rear bumper, hood and truck have all been poorly repainted. You can see dirty finger prints under the clear coat on ALL repainted parts. Had to replace passenger mirror, 2 of the front wheels were bent, oil leak, missing compart door for fuse box, missing bumper tow hook covers. The car obviously was hit in front, bumper is cracked and mounting cover had a freaking wood screw holding it in!

I purchased a vehicle from Anderson a few days ago and he was great and very helpful. Pictures and description of the car was on point. Everything matched what I was told and described. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. I most definitely recommend CSM motors for the purchase of your car.

Ebay and out-of-state buyers PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW. It will save you thousands of dollars on CSM Motors deceptive sales practices. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM CSM MOTORS OUTSIDE OF EBAY WEB SITE. IF YOU DO, HAVE A PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION FIRST.

On October 22 after speaking to Mr. Wandeson Rosa of CSM Motors regarding the condition of a 2008 Volvo XC70 wagon for sale on Ebay, I placed a deposit on the vehicle. Mr. Rosa informed me there would be a six month bumper-to-bumper warranty placed on the vehicle as part of the purchase price. On his Ebay listing, “Nationwide Warranty” is listed which was the main reason I purchased the vehicle without a pre-purchase inspection. When I asked him to add the six month warranty on the bill of sale, he responded because the warranty was being purchased through a third party, he could not put it on the bill of sale due to Florida law. I asked for something in writing from him before initiating the wire transfer to pay for the vehicle and received an email stating when he received the payment in full, he would submit the warranty paperwork. I have been in contact with him CONSTANTLY since he received payment in full on 10/26/2020 and he has yet to submit the paperwork to GWC Warranty.
In addition to the above, Mr. Rosa sold me the vehicle EVEN THOUGH HE DID NOT YET HAVE THE TITLE IN HIS POSESSION. The vehicle was purchased from the auto auction on 10/12/2020 per the Carfax report given to me. He claims he does not yet have the title as of 11/10/2020.
The condition of the vehicle was not what was represented on the Ebay Motors Auction site or represented to me directly by Mr. Rosa.
The photographs on the Ebay auction site did not show multiple scratches that were on the vehicle upon delivery leading me to believe the photos on the Ebay auction site may have been photoshopped to remove very obvious dings and scratches on the vehicle. During my conversation with Mr. Rosa, I specifically asked him if there were paint issues and/or any hazy clear coat issues with the car particularly on the tops of the mirrors. His response (I have email from him through Ebay) was there were no issues. Upon receiving the vehicle, I saw that both tops of both mirrors have clear coat peeling off. Based on the bill of lading from the transport company all of these items were on the car before the car was shipped to me. I see from other complaints Mr. Rosa likes to claim the damage was done during shipping. I have the bill of lading and pictures showing all the damage on the car prior to the vehicle being shipped.

The pictures on Ebay showed leather was coming off the arm rests on both front doors and there was some sort of grime at the end of the turn signal stalk. I asked if the leather would be fixed and the car would be clean and he said yes to both (via email through Ebay). He sent me pictures that looked like the leather had been fixed however when I received the vehicle, the leather was not fixed and the car was not clean. I believe Mr. Rosa used some rubber glue and tucked the leather in at the bottom of the arm rests which did not fix the problem. I have taken both door panels to a local well-respected auto upholstery company to get a repair estimate. Because of the way the panels are made, they were unable to fix the peeling leather and they must be replaced.

ALWAYS have a pre-purchase inspection done prior to purchasing any vehicle from CSM, make sure any promises made are on the contract before signing or sending any payments. ALWAYS MAKE YOUR OFFER THROUGH EBAY MOTORS AND DO NOT GIVE DEPOSIT OUTSIDE OF EBAY (I.E. OVER THE PHONE).

11/20 - Title received, however no warranty and no response from Wanderson Rosa or Camilla Innecco. Ms. Innecco contacted me 11/17 and asked that I remove my BBB complaint and my Google review stating the title and warranty were on the way. Mr. Rosa also sent text stating same. 12/7 - No warranty and inspection from my mechanic shows vehicle has power steering system leak. Added to BBB complaint.

Buyers Beware. I purchased a Cadillac SRX from the salesman named Anderson on January 3, 2021. The papers were signed on this date. The car was seen on eBay, but purchased from the company after the auction ended. I contacted Anderson and gave him an offer for the vehicle and he accepted.
I did purchase the vehicle and had to have it shipped to Pennsylvania. The pictures sent to me showed a beautiful Cadillac with no marks.
The vehicle was finally delivered on January 22 When I looked at it there was damage to the back bumper. This was not done during shipping as the damage was noted on the document the shipper filled out when it was loaded in Florida.
I also requested a title and was told by Anderson that the bill of sale was all I needed. When I went to the notary I was told I needed a title because it needed to be registered in the state of Pennsylvania and you had to have a title.
I called Anderson and he said he would FIND the title and get it sent out. I have been waiting a month and I still have no title.
I will never purchase anything from this company ever again. I can not do anything with this vehicle until I get a title. It's been a month. They will not even answer my texts or phone calls.

Back in December I purchased a car for my mom who is an elderly person. The car was sold through eBay and shipped to her place in SC. When we received the car or never ran, we have put thousands of dollars in repairs and turns out the damage that the car had prior to being sold should have never been present in a vehicle for many reasons. The car was unsafe and impossible to drive, suspension was frozen, oil in pistons, electrical system shot. None of these issues were disclosed by CSM. They also sold me a $1000 “warranty” who is refusing repeatedly to come through and pay for repairs they claim they cover, it’s a disaster, I’m $10,000 into the car and it is still not drivable although being serviced by expert Mini Tech. who says he has never seen a car in this terrible mechanical and electrical shape being sold by anyone with a minimum of integrity and honesty in what they do. Stay away from these people, I made this mistake I hate to see anyone else in my predicament. My mom is 70, she has no car thanks to CSM.
