I wish there was a way for me to give a no stars review, my best friend bought a vehicle here $5,600 for a 2006 Hyundai Sonata, she paid for a warranty. It has a bad rear main seal and oil coming out of the exhaust pipe so they were supposed to fix it, they've had her car three different times the last time they've had it for 4 days and fix nothing. I guess they figure that's how you treat people with their hard-earned money. I have lived in Brooksville my whole life 35 years I support local business but this is one I would never support and I tell people don't go there unless you want a lemon or just plain out taken advantage of..

working with Ray was an absolute pleasure! Working with him felt like we were doing business with a long time friend. Ray did everything to ensure we drove away in a beautiful 2013 Chevy Captiva that I absolutely LOVE! I would definitely recommend Broad Street Motors for anyone looking for a vehicle.

I must say that we like our car a lot! When we first started car shopping, we stopped into Broad Street Motors. I asked to see a vehicle and Lew gave me the key and said take my time. I looked it over and was very interested. Later, my husband and I were looking online at the vehicles on their lot. We noticed the price was not the same on the website as advertised on the front of the car. When we talked to Lew, he told us that we would get a good deal. We spoke with Ray and he assured us that it was a mistake online but he would give us the listed price online. We took the car for a spin and a couple things were noticed. The light came on for a low tire pressure and it needed an oil change. Lew gave us a free oil change and had his mechanic check the tire situation, which was resolved. We were supposed to meet Ray to purchase the vehicle but Lew was there. He did give us a good deal but we did not receive the initial agreement of the price online which was a bit more than the asking price on the vehicle. Overall we are happy with our experience, but felt there was a bit of miscommunication between the owner and employees. Everyone was super nice, and we will definitely look here first when we need a new vehicle. We have had our vehicle for a little over a year and it has been a great vehicle. Nothing major has gone wrong, although we've needed new tires, the back actuator needs to be replaced, the gas inlet needs to be replaced, and the motor mount as well as the serpentine belt and tensioner. These are the issues we have had since purchasing it. The tires were first because they were really bad condition. Like I said, overall, it was a positive experience. It was quick and painless, and the owner and employees were very nice. We will be back for business next time. God bless.

I Put $3,000 DOWN on a car and before my first car payment 1 month later I am an additional $3,200 in repairs including an entire week at the ford dealership for a $2,600 transmission clutch replacement and have only been able to successfully drive it somewhere 2 or 3 times. Extremely unhappy with my purchase. I would not suggest anyone looking for something reliable to purchase a vehicle here. The vehicle is a 2012, I still owe them an additional $3,000. I’m not even sure the car will make it 1 year without thousands more. I believe word of mouth is the best form of business advertisement and I’m sorry Broad Street Motors this is not one of your first bad reviews
