Off Lease Only is the only dealership I talked to during my search for a new vehicle that was honest and professional throughout the entire process. I've never had a better experience when buying a car. Thayana took great care of us and was very personable and professional.

When we first looked at the car it hadn't been cleaned and the ceiling lining was filthy dirty plus one of the tire lug nuts had been twisted off. The maintenance manager immediately took the car back and cleaned everything spotlessly, including the ceiling which looked hopelessly stained. He also scheduled an appointment to have the tire fixed, free of charge.

Todd, the finance guy was great to deal with and did a lot to get the price as low as possible. The biggest thing for me is honesty and transparency and they all knocked it out of the park.

Had an awesome experience at this Off Lease Only with trading in my old car! Thayana was the salesperson that helped me go through the process and I must say, she did an amazing job at explaining everything in detail and understanding my needs/concerns. She's really caring, genuine, and humble and has your best interest on getting the best value for your car. The store manager Elvis and finance manager Andrew were also very helpful and accommodating with selecting the right car for me and working in my budget, especially with getting the interest rate as low as possible. Great customer service overall and I highly recommend seeing them if you're looking for a new car and want some options!

Wow!! I truly love this location! Geoffrey was my sales associate and from start to finish he literally went above and beyond! So informative and honest! Tony handled my finance & he also was a joy to work with! The shining light is on the customer service department and mechanics! Ms. Marilyn was so sweet her and the other two girls kept me updated on the status of my vehicle! And Dre’ the head mechanic him and his crew did an incredible job on the fixes it needed with such an awesome turnaround time! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! I was given a I OWE YOU on my car when I bought it. I was put in touch with MONIQE a "customer service manager", after 2 weeks I bring my 2019 Lexus IS to have the back right bumper bracket attached. I waited maybe 30 min and she came back to give me the car and there was yellow tape and resin glue all over the rear fender. The back rear bracket was now broken off and missing. I questioned this and she acted as if it was already broken, I refused that lie as I had pictures from that morning of it on. She then went in the back and came over to me with the other part of the bracket. And said "is this itis??” Like she didn't know what happened. After some conversation she agreed to order a new rear bracket for the car. As I was waiting for the part (over 2 weeks) my car was involved in some storm damage and was in a collision shop. I told her I will need 3-4 weeks before being able to make an appointment for the bracket to be installed. Fast forward 4 weeks I call MONIQE back leave a message. She calls me back and immediately with an attitude begins to tell me since of been 30 days the file is expired??? I said wait so your telling me you won't fix it even though I have an I OWE and you broke it off the car? She began to talk over me even though I was explaining why my car was in the shop. She did not care and obviously did not want to be helpful. She would not let me speak and then I said I am the customer let me finish my sentence please and she hung up on me. Separately from this horrible problem, they also sold me the car with 4 rotten tires, I did not notice when buying unfortunately. When I brought my car for service weeks after buying it I had to buy 4 new tires because the car was unsafe to drive. Also they basically force you to write a review at the dealership before leaving, before you can experience the refurbished broken car, and notice the fake warranties added to the contract. Do NOT BUY HERE! Will cost you more at the end of the day. UPDATE 11/17 one of the managers (Isaias) called me from his cellphone and threatened me with legal action if I did not immediately remove my truthful review about what is going on with my car 👎

Julian was always there showing me all the great options and prices, always checking up on me and he honestly was the best sales man I have had for a while. Super patience, worked with me for 5 hours and was super professional and polite the entire time. Amazing place and amazing workers. Bought my first car today.
