My husband was looking for a used car for my son. The car had a little problem 3 days after we bought it. The owner send him to a repair shop and they help him get it fix right away.
On these crazy times is good yo know a reliable car dealer that is not trying to rip people off …

Buyer beware. They tell you that you can’t bring a prospective purchase to your own mechanic to have an objective inspection because they check the mechanics and transmission themselves Don’t believe it.
I fell for it and after 1 day, I needed a new transmission. They pushed me out of the store when I asked for help the next day. I expect honesty and trust in a transaction, but I was greatly surprised by the owner and his son, who sold me the SUV, doing a complete about face when I came in the very next day. I would recommend to any buyer to take your business elsewhere.

Things were great until I got home from the dealership and realized they’d sold me a car with one headlight out, meaning all the power in the right side of the vehicle was shorted, meaning my right window wouldn’t roll up and my blinker was going twice the speed due to the lack of electricity. I think because I went on my own as a single woman they didn’t feel the need to treat me with the same respect they would treat a man and inform of the repairs needed. They just let me pay them ten grand and call it a day. When I called to ask about them paying for the repairs they did not disclose they just made the excuse that one of them wasn’t there who owned it, and needed to be there to give the ok, so to call back. The classic run around. I’d say maybe if they were willing to pay for the repair it would be one thing, but they sold me a car that needed $3000 of repairs so am I happy with their service? Nope!

No matter what, never ever EVER take a car salesman's word that a car is mechanically sound. These folks are very deceptive in their practices and they flat out lie about the condition of their vehicles. The bodies may look good but under the hood it’s junk. I purchased a 2007 Lexus IS250 that the transmission failed a few days later. The owner promised to fix it because I did ask them about the engine failure light that came on during the test drive. It was stated that they just washed the engine and i failed to verify for myself. It was not true. The engine was however sprayed with armoral. In the end they did not pay for it because they have you sign a buy as is form. So I ended spending another $3000 a few days after purchase to fix the transmission.

I bought a 2010 Land Rover LR4, and I must say, I love my NEW truck. Yeah, it's new to me, but it's so crisp, like its brand new. I have a big ego, and it's soooo important that I drive something that looks on point. Gil, made sure he put me in JUST THAT, something that made me feel and look on point! Place gets "10 Stars" from me, a hard person to please!!

Here's an update to our ongoing problem that we bought from carway auto sales. I was wondering why he would only let us drive the car around 1 small block now I know the reason why because now not only does it cost us $3400 for repairs such as the ABS, back gate,, lights,etc..now we have to pay an additional $3,800 to fix the oil leak. All in together this $10,000 car is going to cost us close to $20,000. Now I believe it's time to report them to BBB.
