Extremely happy with my experience at JM Lexus! My husband & I dealt with Paul Mompremier & all I can say is that this was the smoothest & quickest transaction ever. He was kind, patient, trustworthy, & very knowledgeable about the entire process that we left with my Lexus RX350. I will say, in the past I had a not so well experience with an individual that’s no longer there. But I went back yesterday for the first time in a few years since an incident with JM.. I said I would never go back after until this gentleman that I dealt with was gone. Well when I found out this gentleman was gone, I went back to JM yesterday, and let me tell you take it for me a Lexus owner for over 15 years yesterday I had the best experience since going back. JM has completely changed in every aspect, friendly courteous, respectful and great deals one stop shop. I’m really happy that I can now start going back to the dealership again, last night I have now purchased my 11th Lexus and I couldn’t be more happy or satisfied with the service, finance, sales, like I said one stop shop. I would highly recommend this dealership again great people to work with. And I must say I love my third Lexus that is sitting in my driveway right now 2022 I S350 F sport with the white and black package. I couldn’t be more happier now have a 2021 I S350 F sport, a 2022 ES 350 F sport and just added a new one to my collection last night. Thank you JM for making my experience One of the best ones I’ve had yet. I will continue my business from here on in with you.

I’ve never had a stupendous car searching experience until I went to this dealership. I love the service I received from Reggie L. I felt apart of the Lexus family before I even purchased my car!! I’m so grateful for the sincerity of Reggie, he listened to my wants and made it happened for me! I think 5 stars isn’t enough. I’d rate him and the service I received a 10/10!!! I had a great experience buying my SUV with Mike Thomas. The process was seamless. The first day I spoke with him and explained what I was looking for and I was able to view and test drive the car that same day. The next day I was able to leave with my vehicle.
