Shine Shack Car Wash , Detailing , and Ceramic Coating

Awful job. My car is not clean after paying $24. I came here so someone could do the job I don’t want to do, which in this case is obvious I could’ve done a better job. There are bugs still attached to my bumper and side mirrors. There are water marks everywhere like they didn’t take the time to dry it out. The interiors are dirty including center console, bottom part of the inside of the doors, seats were not even wiped down. I just hate the “job” they did if any. I called them to complain 5 minutes after I left to let them know I was coming back. The girl that came to take care of the situation wiped down the dirt with a rag and then proceeded to use the same rag to wipe down my center console. The pictures you will see are from after I went back. So basically nothing was done. Don’t waste your money like I did. Go somewhere else. I am never going back to this place.

They are terrible my wife and i came there an hour before closing the week of hour anniversary 9/9/2020 she was treating my car to this so called amazing car wash place. When we pulled up my wife told them she wanted a hand wax and wash and 2 guys started throwing their hands up in anger on the right side of her van she couldn't see them but I could because I was behind her van after the wash and wax my wife asked me to leave a tip against my better judgement I did and I get into my car and my tint on the inside of both my back seat windows have scratches on them one is actually ripped back a bit I work hard for what I have in short that's very poor what someone did to my car and i will not recommend these guys to anyone

Came here to get a free exterior wash after receiving an oil change at the always excellent Pit Stop on 92. I upgraded the wash to an interior cleaning and I have to say I am disappointed at how not clean they made my car. Thanks for removing the bugs smears, though.

I paid for best wash and vacuum, why didn't they vacuum the back area? It's too bad, I used them before and had a better experience

I have a business, I always like to support local businesses, this is my first time writing a review for another business. very very bad customer service experience today! I will never be back again. the guy not sure owner or manager was very rude. he said "I will not put up with you " when I complained the car was still not done as they promised. I spend 53 dollars in less than 10 min. wash, because they want to close the shop early in the afternoon. TERRIBLE!

I usually don’t take time to do surveys or leave reviews but I feel that this place is exceptionally awesome that I would take my time to leave this review and say that they did a great job and went above and beyond

I said I would like the inside cleaned decently, and the outside cleaned the best they could, so the employee recommended a package and I paid $53. The inside was just okay. The outside looked dirtier than before I gave it to them. Pretty sure they didn’t even wash it, only slapped some tire-shine on the wheels. The worst car detailing experience I’ve had so far, and I’ve even been to a quicky Autobell detail. 3/10 don’t recommend.

This place is affordable and efficient, the staff is friendly and professional. I am surprised how quick it went, and how thorough they were. I definitely would recommend them.
