I went to Murray Ford looking for a New F250 Superduty. I soon realized that the best way to get exactly what I wanted was to order it from Ford. Mike McKenzie took extra time with me to go through all the available options and helped me order my new Truck. Mike stayed in touch with me every step of the way from order to delivery. I would HIGHLY recommend Murray Ford and Mike McKenzie if looking for that perfect vehicle.

We cannot say enough about Murray Ford. From the time I walked in the door they treated me like family. The salesmen knew I wasn’t there for a purchase but continued to make sure I was comfortable while waiting for my Expedition in the service department. Ashley and David are exceptional and the vibe they give shows how happy they are to be apart of the Murray Ford family, that in itself speaks volumes. When it comes time for another purchase it will be from Murray Ford! Thank you for always exceeding our expectations.

I had a great experience with Amir & Steve Johnson trading in my truck. The best car buying experience I have ever had. Dylan was my Salesperson and he was as nice and responsive as could be. He even responded on his days off. I strongly recommend Murray Ford!

I can honestly and truly say Murray Ford is hands down one of the best dealerships I have had the pleasure of working with. Our salesman Belal is friendly, personable, prompt, and knowledgeable! Joey in the finance department is on point! This was the most painless and overall smooth process we have had. This is our second time buying a vehicle from Murray Ford and it will NOT be our last!!!!!!! As a local business owner, I can honestly say I will recommend them to other business owners!

William was our salesman. Very nice gentleman that knew the performance of the truck as well as the newest features that ford has added to their trucks. Michael was also a gentleman that helped us with purchasing . They both have excellent customer service skills and southern hospitality in Starke, Florida. The facility is clean they provide drinks and popcorn. People were all very nice.. The atmosphere was bright and comfortable. If I like Ford's check them out ask for these two gentleman.

A battery was purchased from Murray Ford in Starke, FL and a week later, I took the old battery back to get the core charge fee. I wasn't sure where to go so I went to quick lane. I walked in shortly after 8am. Romano was helping a customer. The customer stepped outside so I stepped directly in front of the desk. Romano just looks at me no acknowledgement or nothing. He just continues typing. The customer comes back in and I wait a few more minutes and ask if this is where the battery is done. Romano acknowledge yes. Romano finishes up with the customer. I told him customer is number one is Murray Ford motto, why didn't you acknowledge me when I entered Romano responded I was helping a customer. Have you Romano heard of multitasking. Because clearly you were typing and talking to the customer. What's wrong with saying hello ma'am I will be right with you and continue to help customer. I guarantee if it was his buddy he would have been acknowledged or a regular customer or the big boss. Don't judge a person by the way they are dressed or any other reasons that you can't find a fact about the reason you judged them that way. Please Murray Ford teach Romano multitasking and customer service acknowledgement, it works together. I am big on customer service. It speaks volumes about the person and business. Front desk workers has to be able to multitask- answer phone, acknowledge people and help people almost at the same time. I would like to give a Huge shout out to service/parts person Lang/Lance. He was Awesome with his customer service skills and very helpful. Thanks for your help. It's unfortunate Romano gave me a bad impression on my first-time coming there and for that it's also my last time. I was about to make an appointment for my brakes nope I will continue driving out of town to the Ford where I been going for 6years now. I was new to the area and would have switched. I'm good.
