Don't use.. you can drive faster into Orlando & pay $2.00 to park for 2 hours.... We Arrived 40 minutes before train departed. Ticket machines so slow & one cash only. Train pulled away and left $1000 of potential tickets/people on the platform and all got in cars & drove away. This is a big waste of taxpayers money to subsidize. A high speed monorail between Daytona & Tampa would be a better idea.

I love the sunrail service but my issue is some of the employees who are on the platform act like they are on power trips. This woman felt like arguing with methis morning because I apparently was not standing behind the yellow line which i clearly was behind the line. Rather than admit the error, she threatened to "tell the conductor I wasn't cooperating" because I wasn't playing by the rules which I clearly was. Such childish behavior.

I've had a really positive experience riding the Sunrail so far. I ride it to downtown for work couple of days a week and the trains are always on schedule. The station and trains are always clean. The only downside is the lack of frequency and it doesn't run in the weekends.

A must visit! There are two local shuttles. One goes to the Sanford Zoo, the other goes to downtown. Wow! What a day! You have to try Slam Pizza!

The station is peaceful I use the train to go home everyday. I don't get why the pic of Amtrak is here though because they don't stop at the Sanford station

While trying to buy a ticket the worker on the train told me to stop and just board the train (he was at the front of the train so he was hand signaling and yelling across the station). So after I boarded he then came over to me to tell me to get off the train and to wait for next one. I told him I had misunderstood what he was trying to say and I thought he said I can board and pay for the ticket on the train. I let him know that I was new to the area and I’m not sure how the train system works here but he said he doesn’t care that I was holding up everyone and said I’m not allowed on this train. I stepped off to try and buy the ticket quick and while asking for help (since I have never been here before) he scoffed at me while the train left. I have never been more humiliated and frustrated with the lack of help from a worker. Will never ride here again. 👎🏽👎🏽 Would give 0 stars if I could. Only wish I got his name so I can report him but he wasn’t even wearing a name tag. Smhhh. (Also because I missed this train I ended up waiting a whole extra hour for the next one missing my flight)

First time on Sun Rail. Staff was very helpful for me. Nice to see AMTRAK, CSX, Sun Rail.
