The Caribbean Beach resort is old and outdated. Our room had a musty odor and the HVAC was loud. The bedside stands had no lamps, making it so one could not read in bed without disturbing your partner. Housekeeping not attentive, did not replenish toiletries on a daily basis and should not touch personal items items in room. Disney is negligent in advertising bus transport every 20 min in resorts and parks. An example is we boarded the monorail at the Polynesian to the transportation hub at Magic Kingdom, there we sat on the monorail for 10 min, we had to disembark due to an mechanical issue. We were hoarded over to 2 buses and literally packed in like sardines. We arrived at another bus station and waited 40 minutes for a bus to Carribean resort. We left the Polynesian at 3:30pm and arrived at Aruba/Caribbean Beach at 5:15pm. Very frustrating. Disney has a logistical transporta room problem. My advice is to take a vacation at a different venue. I have been coming to Disney for over 15 yrs, and it is clear that Disney now values quantity over quality.

During COVID do not go to the Aruba Bus Stop! It is the LAST Stop and you might not be able to get on the Shuttle/Bus!! We stayed in November 2020; and because of COVID restrictions had to wait for the next bus and might not have been able to get on that bus! If you are staying at the Aruba Area of Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, hoof it over to the Riviera to take the shuttle to Disney Springs or Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom! This is the last stop and you are unable to take the bus if full and the next one won't be for 45 minutes! The walk from Aruba to Riviera is very fast and no need to wait for the bus at a terminal that you have no clue if you will be lucky to get on the bus or not!
Other hints: If you want to get to the gate early at Epcot; take the Gondola to Hollywood Studios and walk to the Boat Dock to catch to the Beach Resort dock and walk the path to Epcot! It's a nice scenic tour and you don't have to worry about waiting for the Gondolas to open up, if you happen to be early!
My advice is to take a vacation at a different venue. I have been coming to Disney for over 15 yrs, and it is clear that Disney now values quantity over quality.
