I called to check if a book I needed was finally in stock - something that could be done in one minute. I was placed on hold for 25 minutes (never taken off) and decided to hang up and call back. The same girl answered and said I should come in because " they aren't busy" yet my she asked to put me on hold AGAIN for another 30 minutes never to take me off hold and assist me. I was never helped and was on hold for nearly an hour! Either this store is too understaffed or too poorly staffed, with people who don't want to do the job.

Everything is over priced, for example i rented a text book from Amazon for under $50 dollars, same book here was over $160 ! absolutely insane, the line to check out is ALWAYS long and slow, plan lots of time. Don't even bother calling the store they don't pick up the phone. Your better off ordering online and just having it delivered to your house, pay the extra because the pick up in store is a hassle. Lost orders, wont help you with out a receipt of the order which ships inside the order box. Corporate would not help me out either saying that its all up to the store and they have no say in their decisions.

Came here for one semester and I wish I had done my whole degree here. My teacher was great miss Jacobson for statistics. She’s amazing. The college is clean efficient and wonderful even the air smells clean there. Would come back anyday

Very nice staff, but I truly feel that improvements can be made in protocol, training, and organization. The flaws in these areas have cost me money, time, and have even negatively effect my grade in one class, but I'm not upset because I feel there's room from growth, so here's some recommendations.

My recommendations:

1. Dedicate a register to small purchase, and a register to financial aid. Open an extra register during peak hours. This will help get small purchases out quicker, and less waiting on the financial aid process
2. Put up visible station placards to identify register dedication.
3. Put the least experienced on small orders and id's.
4. Upper management ensure employees are getting the latest and greatest updates on financial aids as it pertains to store entitlements.
5. Conduct once a month 1hr training.
6. Improve communication and understanding of process between Lake Worth and PGA campus.
7. Focus more on individual training. I often see an experienced employee teaching the inexperienced employee that's supposed to be helping the customer. That leads to loss of money, confusion, and customer dissatisfaction.
8. Somebody needs to be floor floating as a lead during peak hours.
9. Separate or build a side door or side register for books and ID.

These are all just ideas. Please don't use this to grade the PGA staff. The floor employees have great customer service.

Good access to lots of matierial such as books and even electronics. However, they are very unprofessional in terms of how their system works. They will not tell you if an item is in stock or not, unless you email them with concerns about why your order is taking 9 days to process, and even once you email, they take over 5 days to get back to you, and usually say the item is pending canceled, you will need to purchase it from a seperate vendor/campus. As well, they will tell you an item is ready for pick up, so you drive all the way up there, waste gas, depending how far you live, and once you're there, they tell you that they did not recieve a shipment, to come back the next day. Their system is flawed, if you order from here, expect your items to not come in a timely fashion, and before you place an order call them, and ask them if they have the item in stock, because obviousl they dont update it on the website.

My son is starting his first day of college Monday the 23rd we went in to do a walk-through to see where his classes were going to check out the bookstore and let me tell you this book store is priced very good I was extremely shocked on the pricing I was expecting it to be a whole lot more their computers and tablets are also very reasonable in price I'm sure that my son is going to be able to find everything he needs in this bookstore staff was very friendly walked him through how to apply his financial aid to his books and anything else that he needed college is a beautiful college the waterfall is beautiful Edition very quiet calm atmosphere in the bookstore and in the library
