Maggy’s did an excellent job I absolutely love my hair if you are a black women looking for affordable silk press style I recommend maggy! She works with all hair type!

***UPDATE 08/10/2022***

It’s been 3 months!! My hair is still silk pressed. (HEAT DAMAGED) I’ve tried EVERYTHING and nothing is restoring it back to its normal texture. When I said black women, I lied!! 2/10 recommend.

This was the very first time I went to this Dominican Beauty Salon. For it being my first time, I came out with the hair color exactly the way I wanted it. She did such as amazing job. I really do recommend her. I'm in love on how my hair feels. She uses great quality of hair products. Thank you Maggy I will see you again.
Today I went for my 2nd time . Once again was not disappointed. She did an amazing job. I will continue to be a client.

It’s not that she does a bad job. It’s just that other salons charge less for more. It’s either she’s overcharging certain customers or just overcharging in general. So unless you want to spend unnecessary money I would not recommend. Also it is just her working on flat-ironing so sometimes it can take all day so for the price she charges it should be more customer service and time efficient. Would not go back.

Firstly, this place is not allergy friendly. About six cats crawling over the place. Second, if you want to hear condescending comments about your hair texture and style of choice this is the pErFeCt place.

I gave Maggy two stars because she is good at what she does. My hair came out very beautiful. She has lost me as a customer because she isn’t professional. She made comments about my hair that made me uneasy, she was very distracted with other things around her shop so it took longer for her to complete my hair, she made my anxiety go through the roof. I wanted to explode on her. She is loud, ghetto & ratchet. Her price was good but not worth it. Pay 10 dollars more and you’ll find peace & relaxation elsewhere! Unless you can handle Maggie’s personality. I went to her a few times over the years and I just ignored her behavior; this time I realized it’s just toxic. I wish her the best but she need some customer service training.

Maggy is the best when it comes to hairstyling.. she knows her job.. her years of experience had led her to identify each customer and give them the top service.. I recommend maggy 100%. She's five🎇

I got my hair cut my Maggy the owner like 4 months ago and she did a amazing job i loved it !!
today i walked in to try and dye my hair and as soon as i walked in SUPER Rude !! she does not know how to speak to customers at all.
i read the reviews and saw she was a little rude but aside from that i was like she wasn’t that bad when i came last time .

She denied to dye my hair because it took 4 hours when its HER Job , i’m paying her to do something .
There’s a much better way to to speak to people who are going out there way to get service at your place of business , it was so unprofessional and will never be coming here again .
she could have said it nicer and with NO attitude.

Your Business has to have a Great customer service and today it was HORRIBLE .
If i could rate it a 0 star i would , customer service is everything!
