Tony did an amazing job on my nails! This salon is clean, cozy and the staff are very friendly and professional. It's also a great location on Mcnab Rd. I look forward to trying their other services. 👍

I would recommend going here but it’s the ppl you need to pick some of the Acrylic is not good your nails will be lifting in 1 week and break off quick . I finally tried again 2 weeks ago and I can’t remember the man older man nice likes to talk did my nails he not the best but my nails is still on and I have no lifting Definitely going back to him today. Now when I got my pedicure 2 weeks ago there was a older man who doesn’t speaking English who made my experience so uncomfortable I will never use him he was rude, disrespectful. I have a Condition that my feet are very dry and get a lot of Calais which my doctor told me to get my pedicure and use the medication to try to clear it up , this man spoke in his language and had other works come over and look trying to Embarrass me which it did not now I’m make him work hard then he was making it seem he was lift so much mind u I will help keep my leg up as now I have gain some weight . I was very disgusted of his behavior and he just need to go. Also another women who seen my feet did Embarrass me she gave me options told me to come back ever two weeks. She add extra stuff to my feet and she was definitely someone who will do my feet because she really made me feel so comfortable with her and I trusted her and my feet never look better when she was done.

I went to get a refill with gel and I asked for a water drop design. I sat there almost an hr and a half to receive this rubbish. There was hair and thread stuck in the top coat which I asked for it to be fixed. The lady who did the design tried to scratch off the hair under the top coat which she knew she couldn’t. I asked for her to redo it and said she can remove the design but she will only give me plain polish very rudely. I wasn’t provided one discount or courtesy credit for the inconvenience. She saw the nail polish had an issue but thought I wouldn’t realize and leave with trash. Stay away from this useless and unprofessional expensive place.

My experience was really great. I can say Emily did an amazing job with my nails for my birthday in July. I actually still have my nails looking good after a month. So if you want a long lasting professionally done nails please go to Pro nails and ask for Emily.

it was so bad i want to give them a 0, but i cant so i give them a 1. disrespectful and does an awful job. went for the first time since moving to florida from new orleans, and i asked for french tip with a lighter green. the man doing them did awful as shown in the picture. i came back the same day and asked for them to take them off, but they refused, insisting that they were closed and told me come back the next day. i came back and i made it clear yesterday that i did not want the same person from yesterday to do my nail because if they did bad the first time, they would do bad the second. the lady keeps on trying to sit me in the same guys chair even though i continue to tell her no. heres what i asked for and what i got. dont go here. save yourself the trouble, awful service.

This place is the worst. First of all my daughter nails looked a hot mess and when we requested for someone to at the least redo the polish they wanted us to come back the following day. Okay so the following day we come back and they are trying to make the same person who messed her up yesterday redo her nails……NO. We asked for someone else and it’s a problem. We had to wait for someone to become “available “ to get her nails just re polished because at this point we don’t want them redoing the entire set. I just want to make sure we get something for the $50 I spent on a F upped full set with gel. Bad customer service and unskilled nail technician or just uncaring which I feel is worst.

Was supposed to be an relaxing experience it was rush rush manicure was horrible the guy that did it was rushing to move on .the more people they do in a day The more tips they made which is ok but do a good job so you will have returning customers. Will never go back to Pronails.

I’ve gone here a few times each time has gotten worse. The last visit I had my pedicure actually hurt due the staff member being to aggressive with tools. I’ve also never had a gel
manicure that peeled after 3 days.
