FLAMINGO LASHES & BROWS SPA

I called asking if I could get my eyebrows waxed right now and I was told yes and to come in only to arrive to the door being locked. As I arrived to the plaza, I called again asking for directions to the salon ( Referring to myself as’ “the person who just called about getting my eyebrows waxed.”) and I was given clear directions on where to go. After knocking on a locked door A woman comes to the door and peaks her head out (not even letting me in) saying that she can’t do my eyebrows and asked if I wanted to come tomorrow morning. Not only is it unprofessional to tell someone to come for a service and then 15 minutes later say you can’t but it’s also a waste of my time to come out here to be told this. She could’ve called me back or simply told me when I originally called her that she wouldn’t be able to. After I replied to the question with , “No, that’s why I called asking to come in today.” I was told to go to a nail salon. Unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, and make sure next time you call for an appointment that you’ll actually be able to be serviced before you waste your time coming here!

After dropping my friend off at the location prior to her calling 10 minutes upon arrival when she arrived she was told they no can longer service her. That’s very unprofessional, not only was time wasted gas was too . They made her feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed as a black women. We could’ve went some place else . They don’t deserve business. If I could give zero stars I would .

Very good facial,and beautiful spa

This was my first time doing single lash extensions and didn't really know what to expect and exactly what to choose but, I knew I wanted it to look natural. Sarah was great she gave me exactly that natural look but, right after I realized I really wanted a little more volume to give that pizazz she added hybrid right after for me and I love them. I know now I may want to go one more Volume up. She was so patient and answered all my questions and did a great job. I will definitely be back!!!

Love getting my lashes done here. It’s so relaxing.

My sister brought me here for acne treatment. I’m very happy I got this place,Sara is a professional, and her technique doesn't feel any tingling. This is my first experience of getting this special skin care.

This place has bad management. It look like it’s family own . Great ! However it looks like they work when they want to work .
I been there 3 times . Today was supposed to be my 4th however they don’t answer .

The first time they removed my lashes .
It got into my eye . She said you are red - spoke to a guy on the phone and said come back tomorrow. ( besides the mom was there and they were chatting the entire time )

I did eyelashes look good !

2nd time

3rd time ok . ( another girl was there , chatting etc ) no privacy at all.
4th :time I called a week before made an appointment in advance .(spoke to a guy ) and I show up at 12:15 and the place is closed . No call to cancel - nothing !

I have an event today & nobody has appointments available. No Bueno !

No consistency in the business -

I found this place last minute on a whim wanting to get my lashes done for a girls trip. I’m hooked. I loved them so much. I didn’t know what to expect so I have nothing to compare it to. But my experience was great, miu miu was just opening….but they accommodated my every need anyway. My lashes came out beautiful. I can’t wait to go back for some more services including a lash refill.
