Lovely Nails

The first couple times i went they were great. The last time i got a full set with some friends and none of us got what we asked for and all of ours were higher $ than anticipated. None of us were happy with our nails. I was extremely disappointed especially since i said these were for my bachelorette party. I always get really long nails. He shortened my set twice even after i said they were too short the first time. I left with acrylic all over my fingers and hands that I’m still peeling off even after i said he was getting it everywhere he said “oh it’s fine”. Two of my fingers are bleeding because he filed my skin instead of my nails and told me it was because i got coffin shape (which i get every time and never had an issue). I asked for rhinestones on my ring finger that were basically just thrown on because he clearly didn’t want to do them. Over all very dissatisfied and disappointed that this is what I’m stuck with for my bachelorette party.

I personally struggle with pretty bad anxiety and auditory sensitivity so going to the nail salon is usually a pretty dreadful task for me, however, Lovely Nails was literally a dream come true. I read so many good reviews online and figured that the shop would be super busy all the time. I called to schedule an appointment midday on Friday and was able to get a 12 o'clock spot for a pedicure the next day. To my surprise the shop was small, quiet, and other than myself, there were only two other clients with three techs working! I can truly say this is the first time I have stepped into any salon and not felt overwhelmed in anyway. Not having a crowd of people waiting at the front and having others shouting wait times really gives the client a more intimate experience and doesn't pressure the nail techs to rush through their work, which in my opinion, makes it worth the money in itself. The shop is also super clean and well maintained. Everything was so serene. My appointment today was with Yohana. She was so sweet and attentive. A pedicure that would usually be over in 20 minutes at my last salon, lasted close to an hour. During my pedicure I also noticed how focused Lulu and Tyson were on their clients. They truly took their time to make sure their clients left their shop happy. Yohana also waxed my eyebrows and instead of just waxing super fast and calling it a day, she shaped my brows prior to waxing and asked how i felt about the shape and which hairs i felt comfortable with her removing. I'm so elated to have found this little gem of a shop and will absolutely be returning!

I have been nail shop hopping for a while now trying to find somewhere I can go regularly again for my services. After a friend mentioned Lovely and I checked out the photos, I immediately booked with Tyson for my next set. He removed my current overlay gently and did no damage to my natural nail. The new set he did is breathtaking! The shape is perfect, the color and nail art is perfect... have not loved my nails in a long time and now I cannot stop looking at them!! They really have some talent in this shop and people who care about their product. Thank you for giving me the most beautiful nails ever!! I look forward to booking again soon :)

Wow! Very impressed. My gel is still on 3 weeks later. Great pedicure. Best part was that it was clean. She used a freshly cleaned pair of tools, and sanitized everything. Great salon all around.

Recently moved to Florida and wanted to get my nails done after like a month. My hands and feet were in pretty bad shape after no care 🥲. I had broken nails, previous gel on my hands. Yohana did the most meticulous mani-pedi I’ve ever seen. She took her time - shaping, fixing, buffing. I felt like a million bucks after. She also helped me match colors and was overall so sweet and patient. Thanks so much Yohana ❤️ I would def recommend Lovely Nails to everyone!

03/22 - went again today and Yohana was great as usual! Lulu and her helped me with my design choice. They have a really friendly vibe, I’ll be looking forward to my next visit!

Went there 3 times the past month. The first 2 techs were decent. Had an sms mani and gel pedi. I thought a bit on the pricey side, but not too bad. The last time I went I had a woman tech Nancy. She did a good pedicure. The Sns mani was terrible. Very badly misshapen nails. All were lumpy and bumpy. So terrible that I had to go back and have at least one fixed. They ALL really needed to be fixed and manager should have realized that. It's too bad because this place is convenient for me but I won't be back. I hate shoddy service.

Savannah gave me the best mani/pedi I have ever had. I liked that she didn’t use the power grinder, instead did it manually which is a much more healthy way for my nails. Will definitely make this my go to place!!
