I just had my hair colored and cut with Penney , who is so much fun to talk with. Love the color and cut. I have that dishwater blonde hair that either looks too dark or too blonde and Penney fixed me right up. She give me the best color and highlight along with hair cut . I will definitely recommend this place to everyone .

PENNY IS OUTSTANDING! 5/23/17 was my first visit to tropical salon. As anyone knows when trying to find an exceptional hair dresser/colorist it is very difficult. Grace took 10 years off my mother, Terry, with her stylish new hair cut. She also lifted her spirits beyond words, as my mom was recently widowed. I refer to her as Amazing Grace. Tyvm!

Horrifying experience with Penny burning part of my skull. It took my 3 months to start healing. Long crying nights over it and terrible fear of whats to come with the damage she caused. She is negligent and uncaring. When I called her to ask her what the HELL did she use on me she was cold and rude. Same with the salon owner who closed the phone on me before I could finish my question. Penny never called to check on me since. Absolutely terrible for any person to ignore someone you cause damage to...BEWARE!

My mom just wanted her hair washed, blow-dried and styled. She was very unhappy with the way it was styled. We were on a schedule so could not have it fixed as she would of had to start over. The young lady was very nice. Mom just wasn't happy with her work.

Penny is amazing! I have been going to her since I moved to Florida 2007. She always uses high quality products on my hair and goes the extra mile to ensure I LOVE my hair when I leave her chair. She is extremely professional and takes the time too LISTEN to what I'm asking for. I have never left her chair unhappy. I have tried value salons when in a rush and always go back to Penny immediately to color my hair the way I like it. She is always prompt and accomidating when it comes to scheduling a appointment with her. I'm SO happy I met her and always send my friends. She also cuts my children's hair and they love Ms Penny ♡ Thank you!!!!
