1st, the CLOSED sign was on the door. I went in and asked if they were open. The blonde girl laughed and said they were always open. She took my name and tried to pawn me off on another girl standing there. The other girl said under no certain term was she doing it. The 1st girl said, "well, I'm going to eat" and walked off. I was standing at the podium confused as to where to go. I have never felt so unwelcome or awkward. A girl came from the back after receiving info from 1st girl. I received my 3.2 minute haircut and paid. They DID NOT want anyone there. That is why the CLOSED sign was still on even after I pointed it out.

The Supercuts located in Indian Harbor Beach off Eau Gallie Blvd. is fantastic. Aside from receiving some misleading information regarding the store hours “according to Google,”, everything was great. Even though I arrived without an appointment at 6:45pm, expecting them to be open until 8:00pm, I noticed the hours of operation on the door clearly stating they close at 7:00pm. I went in and inquired about the hours. Jessica explained that their hours had changed during the COVID emergency and when certain restrictions were being enforced the hours that Google advertised had been changed, but not on Google. Anyway, “Jessica” was so understanding and helpful. There were already two customers waiting before I arrived 15 minutes before closing. I didn’t want to be a bother and was looking for an alternative that was open later, but the only available options at the time were a long drive from the “beachside” of Eau Gallie. “Jessica” easily could have declined service and she would be 100% justified to do so, but “Jessica”was so very inviting, friendly, personable, professional, and talented that she not only gave me an excellent haircut, but stayed an hour later to accommodate me. I will continue to have my hair cut at this Supercuts in Indian Harbor for the duration, and if you’re lucky enough to meet Jessica, you will not be disappointed.

Been going here for the past 10years. Usually get highlights and/or a trim and have been happy with the outcomes. Service is friendly and professional :)

We love this location especially Portia! She cut my 1.5 year old son's hair and she is so patient and so sweet with him. She makes sure that it looks good and how we wanted. We will be definitely coming back every time!

Susan was great. She did exactly what I asked her to do and she gave me good advice for what I am trying to achieve. I am trying to grow out my hair again after a short, layered cut. I appreciate her experience and professionalism. She was friendly, too.
