Had my 2nd appointment with Jennifer today. She again did a great job on my hair color! It’s amazing( my hair color is blonde ). We also played with some tape in hair extensions and I’m loving them she just put in a few around my face it’s Exactly what I needed. She just knows she’s awesome! I highly recommend her! I already have my July appointment booked.

Such a great experience with Jennifer yesterday! I’m very happy with how my color turned out and even more so that I feel I made a new friend! 😊
Jennifer is very knowledgeable and has such a genuine desire to continue growing both professionally and personally.
I believe it says a lot about a stylist when you not only enjoy the finished product but also the two hours you spend on her chair! 😁

I unfortunately booked an appointment here because I am so busy and didn't have time to go to my normal person that is about 30 min away. I wish I would have taken the time to go and see him. I asked for 2 inches off and she cut nearly 6 inches. Then she took an hour and a half to cut and dry my hair. At that point I could have gone to my normal person. When she dried my hair so put so much product in my hair I couldn't even run my fingers through my hair. I had to wash my hair when I got home. I also don't know how she thought she gave a good haircut and let me walk out of there looking the way I did. It seriously looks as if I had a bite taken out do my hair. I don't know what kind of styling she did but it was awful. I went home and cried. Don't waste your time or money to have your hair ruined.

I purchased a Groupon for partial highlights because I have a lot of grays coming in around my face. With naturally dark hair it’s been hard to find someone that could blend the grays and make it look more natural than traditional highlights. I honestly didn’t expect much from my appointment for the partial highlights bargain I got on Groupon...man was I wrong!! Jennifer went way over and beyond my expectations. Not only did she help blend my grays, she helped blend the previous highlights I had that were way too light. She took a great deal of time, listened to me and paid extreme attention to detail with my hair. I am so pleased and extremely happy with my hair. It looks natural and has never felt softer after a chemical processing. I am just blown away by my hair experience today. It’s a single person salon in a suite, but don’t let that fool you. The expertise that comes from the little suite salon will blow your socks off. Jennifer you are amazing and earned a forever client from a simple Groupon special. Thank you a million times over!!

Absolutely FANTASTIC service! Jen is amazing, she took her time, discussed with me what we can do, should do, helped me understand the best way to take care of my hair after which products, etc. I've been here in Melbourne for almost 6 years and not 1 person that has touched my hair did it the way I asked or liked. I have found my long lost hair stylist in Jen! Thank you Jen, you're the best!

Jen is nice but she isn’t a professional/expert at what she does (although her website says otherwise). I asked for simple blonde highlights and got auburn/orange highlights. She was nice enough to try to fix them 2 different times after my initial visit and they kept getting darker and darker from her just toning it (easy way out) instead of redoing her incorrect work so my hair became brittle/damaged and I never got the hair coloring I wanted.... pretty upsetting since I’m going out of state in a couple days. She also stopped responding after I asked for a refund (minus the $35 tips I gave her). Which in itself is pretty unprofessional.....

I ended up having to pay the same amount plus more to get it fixed.... and I had to get it recut because it was so damaged.

If you want professional hair coloring, this isn’t the place but a simple hair cut should be fine, although it would be much cheaper any where else so I don’t recommend this salon for any hair care needs.

Very hard to find but cute little shop. Not what I expected from advertising.
