Applebee's Grill + Bar

I had a great waitress there. It was her first night and she was super sweet and attentive. Our meals were good. It is located in the same shopping area as Big Lots and Save-a-Lot.

The environment is nice, staff very friendly.
We were passing by in the area and decided to give a try. Much better than a lot of franchises.
They have a lot of specials late night.
Quesadilla was very good.
Chicken taco with wonton base was delicious!
Cheese dip bland.
Margarita and Bahamama were good.
Pasta was ok.
Chicken and shrimp was ok.
Meat was good.

Stopped in late with a large party. Enjoyed the fast friendly service. Food was fast and great 👍

Online ordering truly sucks. They always forget something but today it reached the limit. Burned food and missing food. They always try to blame DoorDash which I never order from since they have online ordering. This is unacceptable. Not only they forgot my food but burned my daughters food. Super disappointed. I requested for them to bring me the food I paid for and was told the manager was busy but that bring it to me. The guy didnt sound like he was really serious about it and I was right because they never sent me my food. So be aware!!! U do not get what u pay for and they don’t take responsibility they don’t care.

The steal I had was very flavorful and cooked to perfection! Was not disappointed in my choice. Every bit of my dinner was eaten, good portion of food as well. Highly recommend.

My wife and I ordered the fish and chips, and everything was excellent. I upgraded my fries to onion rings, and they were cooked just right - I could take a bite without pulling out all the onion, and they weren't overcooked. The fish was flavorful and crispy, and the portion size was good. We each got 3 pieces, with coleslaw and tartar sauce. The drinks were tasty, and Jean Marie was pleasant, attentive, and fun to interact with. Overall, we were both happy with the food quality and service - something that doesn't always happen with a chain restaurant.

Honestly was not expecting to give 5 stars given that I've been to other Applebee's and wasn't really impressed. I just came here to have lunch but this Applebee's location delivered and they're fantastic. Food and service were top notch. Food came out quickly and was fresh prepared and hot. The hostess was very pleasant and nice. Courtney was my server and she was very attentive.

Ordered the endless boneless wings and fries. They brought us our food and the wings were overly covered in sauce, I had a huge pile of sauce left over. Brought out the next set of wings and it was half of what the first plate had and no fries even though it says endless fries. Bartender had our table so we were barely checked up on and had empty drinks.
