Regular sticky seats with food still on them. Same with table after being wiped down, server was super attentive and sweet. Customer, ugh, it’s just because of where I live, but still. The food was meh. I ordered the black bean burger. Too spicy as always. Only vegetarian option as well, which sucks. My second drink from the bar was incorrect because the bartender was too busy flirting Applebees was my husbands first choice, however they completely shut down t.

What happen to the burgers 🍔? My husband and I went to order our favorite burgers and they are gone. Not one. I mean the other food can be good if they have the right cook that day. But the only reason my husband and I went to Chilli's is because of theirs authentic hamburgers. I mean delta with it when they took the onion Petals off the menu but when they took the burgers off we were done with chilli's 🌶

At my request -- my boyfriend is not a fan of Chili's -- we went in tonight so I could enjoy my birthday dessert reward. As usual, the food was good, but I was stunned at how much the Southwestern Eggrolls had gone up in price. My boyfriend really liked the new Chili's Philly, and the curly fries are better than Arby's.
The only issue was our server. After we got our food, she never came back to check on us. After the third time she passed our table, I finally flagged her down to order dessert. She was really nice and attentive when we finally got her attention. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

A friend from work and I went here for a couple of drinks and a burger to share. THANK GOODNESS we were sharing because that burger was HUGE!! My friend likes her burger medium well but I prefer mine well done.. they gave us a burger that was over well done.. it was burnt which didn't bother me too much but even for me it was a bit too done lol. The waitress went to her manager without telling us and had our meal comped so we only paid for our drinks! The waitress said she could tell we were not there eat and not pay for our meal but that we just genuinely didn't care much for the burger being burnt.. She went above and beyond & that's a great waitress!! Wish I would've got her name!

NEVER again!! Received a Santa Fe Chicken Salad with slimy lettuce topped with rotten avocado. They forgot the dressing and sent a honey mustard cup - with a Sante Fe Chicken Salad???!! Customer service was just as bad! We called Chilis and the manager said they were too busy to come to the phone. Asked if they could make another salad and we would drive to pick up. Drove 15 minutes to the restaurant only to find that they did not put the order in. No apology, no remorse. So short story: we ordered take out, paid delivery fee, drove to Chilis and still did not get our food. Good news: there is a Chick-fil-a across the street with fresh lettuce and great customer service.:)

Had the Bacon rancher 🥓 double cheeseburger 🍔 this thing definitely stole a spot in my top 3. It is a massive burger but really really good. Also had a few drinks wasn't very impressed especially with a 10+$ pricetag for well liquor. The food and our service was perfect. Zero complaints in that department. They need a revamp on their cocktail menu.

My boyfriend, my son and I came to have lunch after they open the restaurant. Everything was good until I found a long white hair on my plate. Waitress apologized and asked if want something else, I reply same but to go. Later on a man came asking if the steak was for me , I say yes. Then he say they will bring it soon. No apology from a manager or any discount for the issue.
Edit: well, experience was worse than expected. Came home to eat my Lunch and find out that the steak was the same that we send back to the kitchen. We call the restaurant and Manager Gabbi at first said that she wasn’t aware of the situation. Then she told me she can assure me that they gave me a fresh steak and that she saw when they throw the hair to the trash. I told her the steak has the same cut that I made when I ate the first bite how come will be a fresh steak? She didn’t care, she keep repeating the same words, like in few words she was calling me lier. No refund, no apologies again, no offer another solution, nothing. 100% NOT Recommended. If they send the send steak who knows what else they do with the food of order customers that have a similar issues.
