It’s finally open! Lunch yesterday was great so thought I’d share our experience. Menu doesn’t seem to be updated online yet. The food presentation was so pretty with tiny edible flowers. The interior has been spiffed up with some renovations, not a total renovation like I thought was happening tho. New menu is latin inspired, so far so good!

I think they’re still working out the menu because it’s basically a crumpled piece of paper that looks like it was stuck out in the rain..so they haven’t printed menus yet. Maybe figuring out the final details.

Our first time here since the remodel and name change. Food was delicious! Hailey was our waitress and was very attentive and informative of drinks and food offered when were indecisive of what we wanted. Our table ordered the Buffalo chicken panini, a hamburger (no bun, not on our check she was separate ), skirt steak tacos. All was very tasty. BUT you will be nickeled and dimed for side of ranch or extra sauce of any sorts. Oh and $2 for extra chips with our salsa and guacamole 😕 and I think I counted there were 10 chips when I ordered extra (since there was so much dip left we obviously needed more chips to eat it with )

Got seated right away and really fast service and the food was great. Salad was huge and lots of good ingredients and fish tacos was delicious with the coconut suace and big chunks of fish. Got to see a manatee swim by the pier too. Soft opening for I guess new ownership and staff was gellin already.

We had dinner here for the first time yesterday. We were very pleased with our food and the views. Seems to be more bar seating than tables for eating, but the food was good, and a good value. We both had salads, one with salmon, one with panko crusted Tuna, very generous portions and tasty. The salmon added to the salad came to 21, the tuna dish was 15, a very good value. With two drinks and a Pepsi, was 50$ before our tip. If I were the management, I would put a large sign at the exit to the parking lot that says No Left Turn. With the sun in your eyes, I almost didn’t see the low median in US 1 as I was leaving. Sure, I live here and know better, but….Anyhow, a fine experience.

I would give this place a B-. We were sat on the patio on the north side. Unbeknownst to me, several patrons decided to light up their cigarettes on the deck (there was a dedicated bar stool with ash try just north of the bar). As you know, the river invites a breeze to the west, which is where we we sitting. It was sickening.
The fish tacos were very bland. I was not too impressed with them. The French fries that I git on the side were great.
My husband got the burger. Which he said was better than my tacos, but not super fantastic.
My mom got the special, a NY strip with cheesy gnocchi. This was probably the best dish at the table.

All in all, I would probably be back, but not any time soon.

I also wanted to point out the narrow entrance was uncomfortable. Their sprinklers were also on upon leaving the restaurant, cover the cars (and a mortocycle) in well water..

Service was good, was there when needed but not overbearing. Food was tasty. Had a little to much vinegar flavor for my tasting. Outdoor seating was nice. Bathrooms need some help. Prices were a little steep. $$

The view is beautiful and service was excellent. We had the humus as appetizer and we ate tuna salad and a flatbread. Everything tasted fabulous! We also ordered the patacones (plaintains) as one of the main dishes. The portions are huge, worth every penny.

I wafted back and forth between 4 and 5 stars. I landed on 4 only because of the high price for what we got. So, that isn't horrible but we wouldn't be repeat customers with so many less expensive places to eat. That being said, the place is absolutely stunning with the view of the river almost everywhere you look. On first impression, walking in we were very pleased with the bar area and table arrangements. Very comfortable. If it had of been a warmer day, outside was calling our names. Nice job. Our group had the Steak Truffle Fries (needed more of the sauce so make sure to get a side cup of that for dipping), The Marker 99 Burger (was delicious and cooked perfectly), and The Marker 99 Flatbread (nice and crispy, very tasty).
